A touch of privacy so you can have a conversation or just collect your thoughts? Or maybe simply a seat that feels more like your living room sofa than your office task chair? We all have different needs and they often change from moment to moment. That s why the Sylvi Lounge collection was designed with the flexibility and features to meet a variety of needs in a range of settings. Sylvi s combination of comfy lounge pieces, unique table shapes, optional back panels, and imbedded accessories provide the tools you need to maximize the potential of underutilized spaces. From workspaces and lobbies to student centers, cafés, and (yep!) living rooms, Sylvi s just-right balance of residential appeal and contract features add up to irresistible 3rd Space destinations, every time, everywhere. 3
Purposeful privacy & perfect patterns. Back panels can be added to a variety of Sylvi lounge configurations to create a space within a space. Whether the goal is to bring people together in a campfire-like circle or to help individuals focus on heads-down work, the 48 inch high panels are tall enough to create a feeling of privacy and short enough to give users a sense of their surroundings. And no matter which configuration you choose, Sylvi s ability to ingeniously wear any fabric is the frosting on the cake. Everyone appreciates a place to set down a coffee or hang a cumbersome coat. But in some settings these handy accessories have a way of walking off. Sylvi s accessories are homey and useful, but are designed to securely plug into the channel under the lounge pieces (causing coffee drinkers and facility managers alike to rejoice!). The modularity of Sylvi seems to know no bounds, thanks in part to a hidden channel supporting a variety of attached accessories like the Lolli-Top table and Magazine Rack. Side-to-side or front-to-back ganging allows you to create unique applications that stay put, or you can keep Sylvi freestanding for ultimate user flexibility. The slight inward tilt of Sylvi s back panels creates a cozy space that feels more private than it is, while leaving a sense of spaciousness for people passing on the other side. Café booths?
