Data Sheet Compact Mixing Shunt for Floor Heating, FHM-Cx Application: FHM-C1 Mixing shunt FHM-C/ FHM-C Mixing shunt FHM-C Mixing shunt FHM-C The Danfoss floor heating compact mixing shunts are used for regulating the correct flow and supply temperature in hydronic floor heating systems. The compact design and flexibility allows mounting the mixing shunt directly to the manifold, both on left and right side and primary pipe connection to the shunt from the side or below. A self-acting proportional regulator is used to regulate the supply temperature. The regulator ensures the correct mix so that the desired supply temperature to the underfloor heating system always remains constant. A safety thermostat (standard in models FHM-C1 and FHM-C) protects the floor against too high temperatures. The energy-saving electronic variable speed pump (Grundfos Alpha+) adjusting itself for correct flow in the circuits; versions with a standard -speed pump (Grundfos UPS) are also available. Versions with different capacities are available. The built-in check valve ensures correct flow direction and the mixing shunt is prepared for inserting temperature sensors. An air-vent on top and a thermometer completes the mixing shunt. The Danfoss floor heating compact mixing shunt can be mounted directly to the Danfoss manifold system without using special equipment. By using Danfoss floor heating controls all expectations of a professional floor heating system are fullfilled. VD.UL.F1.0 Produced by Danfoss Floor Heating Hydronics 09.00

Data Sheet FH-ST Thermostat Electrical Connection: 0V / 1A T S C The FH-ST safety thermostat is fixed on the tube and protects the floor and the system against too high temperatures, especially when wooden floor is used. The electrical installation has to be done by authorized people only (0V DC). The FH-TC -thermostat switches off the power supply of the floor heating base unit when the temperature reaches the shut off temperature of C. By switching off the power supply of the underfloor heating base unit the actuators (NC) will close automatically and the floor heating system is protected. The thermostat can also be connected to a pump or zone valve. 1 Data Sheet FHM-MS Danfoss IN PFM 000 OUT 1 kv s 7, FHM-FL L/h The flow running through the FHM-MS (fixed orifice) can be measured by using the Danfoss measuring equipment PFM 000 or other brands of measuring equipment. The FHM-MS valve is supplied with two measuring nipples for mm needles. The measuring nipples are placed across a fixed orifice and the differential pressure can be measured across this orifice. Fixed orifice (kvs 7,) and differential pressure will be used in the measuring equipment to define the flow. Measuring on a fixed orifice valve is very fast and easy. 0 17 VD.UL.F1.0 Produced by Danfoss Floor Heating Hydronics 09.00
