The ASX boiler is manufactured according to latest design codes and provides excellent performance, in order to satisfy special requirements of reliability, endurance and control. SYSTEM SERVICE SERVICES: BASIC AND PLUS SERVICE KIT The boiler and system management control panels include a first configuration, performed by ICI Caldaie engineers, on the installation site (only for Italy). The devices can be offered with the following optional services: - Service Kit basic (esk); - Service Kit plus (esk+). Service Kit basic (esk) The service can be purchased before or after the commissioning phase and includes: - Modem installation beside the control panel. - Possible installation of remote antenna. - Functional check of the control panel and the connected devices. - SIM card installation for the remote connection to the system. The SIM card is activated for one year and the customer can renew the services. - Through remote connection with Service Centre, device performance and alarm configuration and the possible setting of the mobile phone numbers for sending alarm messages can be done. - Remote assistance for checks and changes on the configuration is available. The customer, purchasing on www.eterm.it the user licence of the software eterm PC manager, can use the internet connection for remotely monitoring and controlling the plant. The service can be provided only if the devices are located in a place where GSM and GPRS connection is stable. The electronic devices will be covered by warranty during the service independently from the delivery date of the technology. Service Kit plus (esk+) In addition to the basic Service Kit, this service gives to the customer a synoptic visualization and the remote control on a web page of the power plant. The dedicated web page or pages will be realized based on the thermal plant scheme given. The synoptic can be visualized from any PC, tablet or smartphone connected to internet (the browser must be compatible). All the historic data will be recorded and saved on the web and the customer can visualize them on plots and tables. The service will last one year and it can be renewed. INDUSTRIAL ANCILLARIES GLOBAL SAFETY SYSTEM GSS 72 FOR SUPERHEATED WATER BOILERS Comprehensive safety system, designed and built to ensure the overall safety of superheated water boiler operation, in line with the new directive CE on the operation without supervisor for 72 continuous hours. The system consists of a series of equipment assembled and electrically and hydraulically tested at our plant.
