This is part of the Council s boroughwide estate renewal programme. The homes will be replaced with brand new housing - a mixture of social rent, affordable rent, shared ownership and privately owned homes. The Council and East Thames Group will work together as equal partners throughout the project, sharing the responsibility for funding, design, construction and maintenance. Community involvement We have held meetings and events to share the plans for the new homes and how the estate will be improved. We ve been getting your views on the plans which will help determine the final look and layout of the homes and community facilities.
