Plant material for the buffer restoration meeting the following standards: Canopy trees are to reach a height of thirty-five (35) feet or greater at maturity and are to be installed at 1½ to 2 caliper for deciduous plant material and at a height of 6 for evergreen plant material. Understory trees are to reach a height of twelve (12) feet to thirty-five (35) feet at maturity and are to be maturity and are to be installed at ¾ to 1½ caliper for deciduous plant material and at a height of 4 for evergreen plant material. Large shrubs are to reach a height of ten (10) feet or greater at maturity and are to be installed at a minimum height of 36 at the time of installation. Small shrubs may reach up to ten (10) feet at maturity and are to be installed at a minimum height of 15 at the time of installation. 4
