Prior to submitting a bid, prospective bidders are responsible for inspecting and investigating the items. ALL items are used, As Is and NO warranty is expressed or implied by the Tampa Housing Authority or any of its employees, agents, affiliates or representatives. No refund or adjustment will be made because the item(s) fail to meet standards of quality, conditions or performance. Failure to inspect the items will not be grounds for any claim of relief. Transfer of ownership and complete possession of awarded items will be given upon payment in full of the purchase price in the form of a cashier s check or money order (cash nor personal checks will not be accepted). Successful will be given up to five (5) business days to remove and take possession of all awarded items. By submitting a bid, bidder agrees to save, indemnify, and hold harmless the Authority, its directors, officer, agents, and employees from any and all claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney s fees), or liability on account of damage of property or injury to or death of persons occurring or resulting to any and all individual, contractors, sub-contractors, material men, laborers, and any other person, firm, or corporation furnishing or supplying work, services, disassembling, dismantling and removing of materials, items, equipment or supplies in connection with the negligent performance of this Agreement and from any and all claims and losses accruing or resulting to any person, firm, or corporation who may be injured or damaged by the bidder in the negligent performance of this Agreement.
