PROFILE SEP - System House Factory for Electrical Panels - was established in 2006. Centrally situated in the Kingdom s capital, Riyadh, SEP is a leading ISO-certified and Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) approved manufacturer and supplier of relay, control and distribution panels from its 8000sqm weather-protected industrial unit. Establishing within a very short period of time an enviable reputation as a dynamic, innovative and specialized company with expert and current resources offering a comprehensive and professional service, our dedicated and knowledgeable team plans projects and delivers industrial solutions through its proven products, innovative technology and unparalleled services. GENERAL MANAGER At the helm of SEP is General Manager Dr. Bruno Stocchi. Transporting a wealth of management expertise to SEP, Dr. Stocchi holds within his career portfolio a proven-track record of esteemed managerial skill. Previously the GM for Vatech, KSA, his lengthy and successful career with Schneider spanned two decades, crossing two continents Europe and Asia. Equally impressive are Dr. Bruno Stocchi s educational achievements. Earning a diploma in Electromechanical engineering from ENSEM, DEA in Applied Mathematics (Nancy), he also holds an Engineering Doctorate in Fluid Mechanics. SALES AND MARKETING: Integrating a team of engineers with a proven-track record in customer liaisons, and who have the ability to meet the varied demands within the Saudi and Gulf markets. DESIGN: Using the very latest in design technology, customers can be rest assured that SEP s skilled engineers meet the needs of the customer s requirements through its continual utilization of a fully modern computerized local-area network. SEP fosters passion when it comes to keeping abreast of the update of new and key technologies which complement the design work being implemented by our team. ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLY WORKSHOP: Covering an enormous air-conditioned space of 1200Sqm, which houses 75 employees, the assembly unit includes expert engineers and technicians who build the electrical panels, including wiring, conduit and cable schedules as per approved designs. MECHANICAL WORKSHOP: Lending themselves to the development and manufacture of company products, SEP utilizes the globe s up-tothe-minute machinery in order to enable its workforce to assemble panels in compliance to specifications requested as well as standardized models. PAINTING UNIT: Employing the very latest French (SAMES) and Italian technology for the automatic electro-static powder coating unit, we are able to support the solutions through the development and pretreatments of the panel s surface metal in order to protect it against erosion.
QUALITY ASSURANCE AND INSPECTIONS: Ensuring absolute quality, panels are put through a number of stringent inspections in order to maintain the quality our customers have come to expect from SEP. SERVICES DEPARTMENT: For the testing and commissioning of substations, SEP offers a fully-qualified service. Its expert team of qualified engineers utilises the very best in appropriate testing equipment, enabling the SEP team to carry out the following tests: Relay testing and commissioning (Differential, Distance, O/C, etc) GIS and outdoor switchgears, testing up to 132 KV BusBar testing and commissioning Stability test and Primary Injection High Pot (dielectric test for switchgear and cables) Transformer tests (tan Δ, turns ratio,etc) LV distribution panels testing PLC programming and testing Fault recorder and event recorder programming and testing

ENCLOSURES: SEP control and protection panels are self-standing simplex and duplex, independent extensible by functional units, which can be installed as individual units or can be coupled together in an array. STANDARDS FOR TESTING AND DESIGN: SEP is conformant with IEC-255-4/ 5, IEC- 189, IEC288.CLASS 2, IEC688 /9, IEC 68-2 -27, IEC76, IEC296, IEC60871 CLASS 28 TO 3, IEC60694, IEC 60071-2, IEC60529. COMPONENTS: Single or double door arrangements are available. Apparatus can be mounted on the door and also on fixed type mounting plates. Transparent double door arrangements ideal for inspection which suit mounting of 19» rack systems for automation and PLCs are also available. WIRING: Wiring of apparatus is done with PVC insulated control wires of reputed brands. Special insulation wires are also available as an option. Terminals blocks, protection relays, measurement and monitoring apparatus are all as per Client specification.

STANDARDS FOR TESTING: SEP is compliant with Type-tested switchgear assemblies (TTA); IEC604391-/VDE0660 part 500/DIN 41-488/BS 5486/EN60 439-1. (Resistant to accidental arcs according to IEC 1641, VDE 0660 part 508), Earthquake phenomena: UBC/CBC & Internal arc withstand: AS 3439/ 1; IEC 529 or DIN 40050. COMPONENTS: SEP enjoys the latest and finest products coupled with technical support from Schneider Electric. The engineering department is well equipped with the latest electrical design and CAD software including Schneider Electric ecodial V3.13 LV short circuit and circuit breaker. Selection software is complete with a fully computerized local area network to handle jobs from tender, to preparation of the drawing and to the bill of material. WIRING & COPPER BUSBAR: The wiring of the component is done with PVC insulated wires of reputed brands. (Special requirement of wires is also available). The copper bus bar is done with a high quality of exported and local copper. The terminal blocks, relays, measurements, and monitoring apparatus shall be as per client specification.
