Temperature Feedback & Control Allows Reproducible Results The new Intelli-Temp temperature feedback system allows continuous temperature measurement of the sample during the drying process. Microwave power is automatically adjusted based on the userdefined temperature setpoint. This feature optimizes microwave power delivery to reduce test times while closely monitoring the sample to prevent burning. The tight control of microwave power also provides more reproducible run conditions and decreases unit to unit variability. The system uses direct measurement methods so it is ideal for backing up other rapid, indirect methods that require calibrations. The self contained system does not require a fume hood and exceeds all present and proposed US Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) and USEPA requirements.
