TURBO Trench Heater with V Fan TURBO The future of any heating systems is laying among solutions that work well with low temperature renewable sources of heating energy, also by achieving a high level of system energy efficiency. A solid technical background for this product Fan Assisted Trench Heater type Turbo has been created during a long term R&D process conducted together with Warsaw Technical University, Cracow Technical University, Lublin Technical University and Polish Scientific Academy, whereas its brand new design through innovative construction has achieved better hydraulic and heating characteristic. During the process of optimization R&D, a high level heating emitter has been achieved, whereas it would raise an energy efficiency of the heat distribution throughout the building but also increasing an effectiveness of low temperature heating systems since it has been working along with them. Fan Assisted Trench Heater TURBO has been design bearing in mind being suitable for spacious interiors having many glazed façades. Using a modern fan motor that will use low energy consumption feature and producing very low noise level would not distract any room occupants whilst precise and simplified control panel would enable easy and exact adjustment of desired temperature. Using an economical fan resulted with designing heating emitter producing more output with shorter adjustment reaction time. Additionally low thermal inertia and using advanced electronic control resulted an optional savings on running costs up to % in a heat season. Trench Heater Turbo may be a perfect solution for low supply temperature heating systems or high condensation wet installations, also is available in high supply pressure versions. Relatively low depth of trench required for such a heating emitter would allow to put trench heater in floor/ceiling space of any storey. Installation manual TURBO V Fan Coil trench heating is assembled to keep coil room side and to keep fan motor on a window side. In order to avoid causing any heat loss through the floor space, trench casing should be thermo insulated from outside of the trench casing. When assembling fan assisted trench heating unit you should remember to provide proper acoustic insulation in a spa-ce created by a trench void and through all layers of a floor. Any empty space in a ceiling/floor void may result louder work of fan motors of trench heating units. In order to avoid any longitudinal deflection (deflection of trench casing borders) during concrete coating you should use some elements that will expand a trench casing. Inside Turbo trench heating units there are leveling and mount brackets, that will also enable fitting trench casing into a floor. Holders that would keep the coil tight during the transport, are secured by screws to the trench casing. Before any fitting work you should unscrew screws that hold heat exchanger frame and implicitly take off the fan from a trench. When trench casing is fitted you need to tighten screws. In a trench casing there are four holes two of them are put at the same height as mounting brackets of a heat exchanger, third hole is as a spare one (i.e. for any fitting in any connections or capillary etc.). It is forbidden to lead any water connections along the coil inside the trench casing, as it may harm temperature float by limiting an air exchange inside a trench. Connections of coil have internal thread of ¾. It could be connected by straight or angled thermostatic valves. There should be free space remained (for any connec tions, valves etc.) for c.a. 7 inch. It is not possible to turn around the coil heat exchanger for 18 according to its instal-lation. As an alternative it is possible to manufacture, according to any demand a trench heater having right side (R) or left side (L) valve connection. The side of valve connection to the water installation sho-uld be specified once the specific trench heating is being ordered.
