How it works hipkey comes with four main features fulfilling people's everyday needs to help them look after their valuable items and loved ones. All features and settings are controlled from the App that is freely distributed through the App Store Alarm Mode Child Mode Motion Mode Find Me

Alarm Mode Short Medium Long 2-5 m 10-20 m 30-50 m Warns you if you forget your iphone or ipad or if someone attempts to steal it. You get a proximity alarm as soon as the Alarm Distance between hipkey and iphone or ipad is broken. If you re-enter the Alarm Distance the alarm quickly mutes itself again. Different distances can be set to increase the security level you wish to have. You might want to look after your iphone with your hipkey or look after a bag with valuables from your App on your iphone. You decide via the hipkey App if the alarm should be heard on both devices and if any of the devices sh ould vibrate.

Alarm Mode & Safe Zone Short Medium Long 2-5 m 10-20 m 30-50 m The Safe Zone feature (patent pending) is part of the Alarm Mode. It's main purpose is to prevent you from receiving false alarms when you are at locations you feel safe. E.g. your Home or Office. From the hipkey App you easily define your SafeZones. Once you enter a SafeZone your iphone or ipad and your hipkey automatically will adapt when inside a safe location and hereafter mute any proximity alarm that might normally occur. This way you can go out and mow your lawn or work in your shed without receiving any disturbing false alarms. Or you can go to the gym Sunday morning bringing your iphone without waking your partner with alarms at home. However if you forget your iphone at Home Monday morning when driving to work, you will immediately get a safe Zone notification alert letting you know, that you have left without your iphone.

Child Mode Short Medium Long 2-5 m 10-20 m 30-50 m Alerts you if your child wanders too far away from you very useful in public areas. Child mode is a variant of the Alarm Mode proximity alert, designed to look after active smaller children when away from their safe environment. You place a hipkey in the pocket of your child and take a photo, so you know what clothes he or she has on for the day. Then during the day you will be warned if your child runs too far away from you. In case of a child alert you can use hipkey to detect in what direction your child might have run by using the "Find Me" feature (if connected) or by observing if the connection is reestablished while you search in different directions after your child.

Motion Mode The Motion Mode activates a motion sensor that will be triggered by any small hipkey movement. This feature is very helpful when you for example are travelling and at some point want to monitor that no one touches your suitcase or camera bag. The Motion Mode can also be used as a door or window movement alarm or to monitor your sleeping child not too far away from you.

Find Me With the Find Me feature you can quickly find your iphone, ipad or your keys at any time. When you press the Find Me button the other device will make an loud beep. You can of course stop the beep at any point. This feature will be helpful when you are late for an appointment but cannot find your iphone or house-keys with hipkey connected to them. Quickly press the Find Me button to find the other device and off you go.

He learnt from watching his parents that the process of creating something beautiful requires hard work and preparation, a lesson he would continue to use later in life. Martin started his career as a Blacksmith before going on to complete a Master s Degree in Industrial and Product design at the Royal Danish Academy of Design. To Martin the most obvious solution is never the right one, and sometimes all it takes is looking at the problem from a different angle to find the solution has been there all along.
