Scope of Work - Single Family Home, El Cajon, CA Project Introduction and Overview Description Single family home, 1288 sq/ft with 3 bedrooms and 2 Baths. The home was built in 1952 on a.16ac lot. The house is in a quite neighborhood of the Fletcher Hills section of El Cajon. Rehab Overview This home needed minor exterior work which included painting, landscaping and new roof and windows. The interior work included new kitchen cabinets, granite counters and new flooring and paint throughout. Both bathrooms were completely renovated and a new deck was built in the back yard as well. Contractor Overview A Licensed general contractor, electrician, roofer and plumber were used to complete all work. EXTERIOR: General: 1.New front & back doors (French door at back entrance). 2.Prep & paint exterior of house. 3.Repair any damaged wood as per termite report. 4.Replace porch lights. 5.Repair gate/fence in front yard. 6.Haul away all debris. 7.Demo patio & build pergola off back porch; to include side yard. 8.Install siding on North side of garage, facing neighboring property. 9.Demo all existing material/chicken pens, etc in backyard.
