POWER DOWNSTREAM UPSTREAM ONLINE Connection: What s involved? Connecting to the nbn network will involve the installation of new equipment both outside and inside your home. Standard installation is currently free of charge, but ask your phone or internet provider if there are any other fees. Arranging your installation To connect to the nbn network, contact a service provider and select a plan. They ll organise for an nbn approved installer to visit your home and install your equipment.
