Introduce a new product naming scheme that will rebrand existing size reduction products for a fresh look, to simplify and to provide hierarchy with better recognition of the products. To better capitalize on our core strengths people, products and promotion/brand awareness and customer service by alerting the market that Conair is Size Reduction. Promote size reduction product awareness and experience within our organization, our sales representative network and our customers. Grow size reduction sales to 12 M within 3 years. Shredders Republic Machine - History Republic Welding was established in 1911 George Sotsky purchased Republic Welding in 1970 after retiring from the Marine Corps. Republic Diesel, Republic Industries, Republic Pneumatics, Republic Machine, were all created out of the Republic Welding group. Republic Industries begins making shredders in 1997, built 250 Shredders for ReTech 1997-01 primarily in the wood industry. ReTech name sold to Vecoplan, Republic Machine is born in 2004 and begins building shredders under Republic Machine brand with focus in plastics Acquired by IPEG in April 2013 Manufacturing moved from Louisville to Franklin, PA in 2015 Engineering company that has helped to shape the single shaft shredder industry as we know it today

Process Showroom/Testing Proper procedure for sending test material to be followed Conair test request form must be submitted ahead of every trial or test ALL test material is to be sent freight PREPAID to Franklin All returned material that requires LTL will be shipped freight collect Identify if material is being sent for machine sizing or for testing Goals for testing, throughput, machine sizing, regrind quality Material type and required screen size Video necessary? Regrind sample/complete material returned to customer? Timing tests are run every Wednesday afternoon unless other arrangements are made
Process RFQ s/quotes We have 30 different models with 550 total unique standard options where do we start? Most RFQ s do NOT have the required information to process a quote. Lack of proper information causes delays in processing quotes. Lack of accurate application details can result in misapplication of proper equipment. further resulting in additional costs, concessions and returns.
