Our heavy duty linear motion shale shakers are able to working for all onshore drilling activities. The shaker is configured with four, three or two screen panels. Some of the shakers screens are interchangeable with Mongoose screen replacement (1165x585mm) which allows users to easily source the screen panels locally or aboard. This can reduce rig down time due to the lack or not-prompt supply of screen panels. Abrasion resistance polyurethane hydrocyclones are applied to the unit. The unit can be stonealone for use or assembled above our shale shaker through pre-designed connectors. The number of desander and desilter cones is customizable according to the real conditions. Mud Cleaner Mud cleaner is a combination of desander, desilter and dewatering shale shaker. It is a compact design, small footprint, three in one unit widely accepted by nowadays drilling contractors. It is often installed after the shale shakers where the sand trap drilling mud feeds into the desanders and desiters respectively, the underflow of hydrocyclones loads onto the dewatering screens for recycling the usefully drilling fluids back to the mud system. It plays an important role in maintaining drilling mud property by the means of fine solids removal, mud density and viscosity control, barite recovery etc. The decanter is a device, which employs a high rotational speed to separate components of different densities. Oildfield decanter centrifuge is the fourth phase solids control equipment if the drilling formation requires fine soilds sparation. It is normally located on the mud process tank following mud cleaner or desilter. The purpose of using decanter centifuge to separate the solid particles of 2-7microns from the drilling fluids. It combines the favorable qualities of a ferritic alloy which allows it stress corrosion cracking resistance and high strength. The screw is covered with replaceable Tungsten Carbide Tiles. It captures and separates large volume of free gas within the drilling fluid. If there is a "KICK" situation, this vessel separates the mud and the gas by allowing it to flow over baffle plates.
