From Factory to Group PASTOR Factory Origin Founded 1930. in Zagreb, only fire-extinguisher factory in Croatia - Production area of 5.000 m 2 -Capacity of 200.000 units per year; Privatisation in 1992. resulted in company with equity capital of 1,8 million Euro; In spite of almost monopolistic position in Croatia was continuously making losses since Yugoslav market disappeared and new local competition appeared; Producing full range of fire extinguishers, from 1 to 100 kg, according to Croatian standards In 2000 the Factory employed over 170 employees from which 110 in production, producing 160.000 extinguishers EXTINGUISHING FIRE SINCE 1930 2
