Meanwhile the heat efficiency is increased by 2%~5%. What makes the structure stable is the adoption of membrane wall by the whirlpool type separator of this product, forming the skeleton of separator. The usage of densely covered air cap and multi-hole form by the combustion equipment makes the air flow balanced and the fluidization quality even and stable. The whirlpool type separator is located at the upper side of the combustion chamber. The loop-back device is laid at the left side of the furnace. And in the furnace, all small particles whose terminal speed is lower than that of flue gas will move upwards. After coming into the cyclone type separator, whose particles size is larger than the size of cutting particles diameter will be separated downwards, forming the material seal in the material-returning duct. Then they will be sent to the furnace, through the loop-back device of semi-self-flow, multi-hole and membrane type, mixed with hot-bed materials, for repetition circulating combustion. What makes the structure stable is the adoption of membrane wall by the whirlpool type separator of this product, forming the skeleton of separator, so that the separation efficiency is high. The separator is also artfully laid into integration with the combustion chamber and the soot back feeding system, making the boiler structure compact. b. The back feeding system adopts the patent technology of membrane water cooling wall and the loop-back device of semi-self-flow, multi-hole and membrane type, so that the back feeding can be even. 2 Low temperature combustion, low NOx emission The application of low temperature combustion technology can effectively reduce the generation of hazardous gas and the emission of NOx. 3 a. Wear resistance and low failure rate The application of energy-saving low speed fluidization design, multi-grade high temperature separation, inner furnace twice purified separation, new type wear-resistant material, etc., effectively guarantee the improvement of abrasion resistance of different components. b. Very low failure rate, can be continuously operated for a long time, the maximum operation period can be as long as 300 days.
