IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS READ CAREFULLY AND KEEP FOR FUTURE USE. These instructions may be downloaded from the brand s website. 0 Safety instructions Important: Before starting your appliance, please read this installation guide carefully to familiarise yourself quickly with its operation. Keep this user guide with your appliance. If the appliance is ever sold or transferred to another person, ensure that the new owner receives this user guide. Please become familiar with these recommendations before installing and using your oven. They have been drafted for your safety and the safety of others. This appliance is designed to be used for domestic and similar applications such as: Kitchen areas for the staff of shops, offices and other professional premises; farms; use by clients of hotels, motels and other residential type establishments; guest house type environments. This appliance may be installed either under a worktop or in a cabinet column, as indicated on the installation diagram. This appliance may be used by children aged 8 years and older, and by persons with impaired physical sensorial or mental capacities, or without experience or knowledge, if they are supervised or have received prior instructions on how to use the appliance safely and have understood the risks involved. Children must not be allowed to play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance operations must not be carried out by children without supervision. Children must be supervised to prevent them from playing with the appliance. WARNING: The appliance and the accessible parts of it will become hot during use. Be careful not to touch the heated elements. Children under the age of 8 years must not be allowed to touch the appliance, unless they are supervised continually. It is dangerous for anyone other than a qualified person to perform maintenance or repairs that requires the removal of the cover providing protection against exposure to microwave power.

Liquids and other foods must not be heated in sealed containers, as they may explode. If the appliance is being used in combination mode, it is recommended that children only use the oven under adult supervision due to the temperatures generated. Only use utensils suitable for usage in microwave ovens. While heating food items in plastic or paper containers, monitor the micro-wave's contents, since there is a risk of spontaneous combustion. If smoke appears, stop or unplug the oven and leave the door closed to smother any flames that may appear. Heating beverages in the microwave oven can cause the sudden and/or delayed splattering of boiling liquid, so care must be taken when handling their containers. The contents of baby bottles and baby food jars must be stirred or rearranged and the temperature must be checked before consumption, so as to prevent burning. It is not recommended to heat eggs in their shells or whole hardboiled eggs in a microwave oven, as they may explode, even after cooking has ended. This appliance is designed to cook with the door closed. The microwave oven is intended to heat foodstuffs and drinks. The drying of foodstuffs or linen and the warming of heated cushions, slippers, sponges, wet linen and other similar articles may cause the risk of injury, inflammation or fire. WARNING: If the door or door seal is damaged, the oven should not be used until it has been repaired by an authorised person. It is recommended that you clean your oven regularly and to remove any food build-up. If the appliance is not cleaned regularly, its surface could become damaged, permanently affecting the appliance's lifespan and possibly causing a safety hazard. Do not use a steam cleaner. Do not use abrasive cleaning products or hard metal scrapers for cleaning the oven's glass door, as they could scratch the surface and cause the glass to shatter. The electrical plug must remain accessible after installation. It must be possible to disconnect the appliance from the power supply, either using a plug or by fitting a switch on the fixed wiring system in accordance with installation rules. If the power cable is damaged, it should be replaced by the manufacturer, its after-sales service department or by a similarly qualified person in order to avoid danger.

1 Installation 1.1 UNPACKING When you receive the appliance, unpack it or have it unpacked immediately. Check its general appearance. Make note of any concerns or reservations on the delivery slip and make sure to keep a copy of this form. Remove all the protection elements. Check and respect the appliance s characteristics that appear on the nameplate (1.1.1) 1.2 CHOICE OF LOCATION AND BUILDING IN This appliance may be installed either under a worktop or in a cabinet column, as indicated on the installation diagram (1.2.1). If the cabinet is open, its opening must be 70 mm (maximum). Do not use your appliance immediately (wait approximately 1 to 2 hours) after moving it from a cold location to a hot location, as the condensation may cause a malfunction. Centre the oven in the unit so as to ensure a minimum distance of 10 mm between the appliance and the surrounding unit. The material of the unit supporting the appliance must be heat resistant (or covered with a heatresistant material). For greater stability, attach the oven to the unit with 2 screws through the holes provided on the side panels. 1.3 ELECTRICAL CONNECTION Caution: Installation should only be performed by installers and qualified technicians. The appliance must be recess-fitted correctly to ensure electrical safety. The electrical connections are made before the appliance is installed in its housing. Ensure that: - the electrical installation has sufficient voltage (16 Amps), If the electrical installation in your residence requires any changes in order to hook up your appliance, call upon a professional electrician. During maintenance operations, the appliance must be unplugged from the electrical grid; fuses must be switched off or removed. Caution: The safety wire (green-yellow) is connected to the appliance s terminal and must be connected to the installation s earth. If the oven malfunctions in any way, unplug the appliance or remove the fuse corresponding to the sector where the oven is hooked up. Caution: We cannot accept liability for any accident or incident resulting from non-existent, defective or incorrect grounding. 2 Accessories 2.1 ACCESSORIES (depending on the model) The glass drip tray (2.1.1) This can be used half-filled with water for double-boiler cooking methods on the forced air mode. It can be used as a cooking dish. Note: Take care to place the drip tray in the centre of the side racks to avoid affecting air circulation. Safety grid with handle (2.1.2) This allows you to toast, brown or grill. The rack should never be used with other metal cookware on the microwave, grill + microwave or forced air + microwave modes.

However, you can reheat food in an aluminium tray providing this is isolated from the rack using a plate. The grill + the glass drip tray (2.1.3) To roast and retain the cooking juices, place the rack on the drip tray). The side racks (2.1.4): 2 hanging supports allow you to use the rack at three heights. Three insertion heights are available for different types of cooking and food (2.1.5). On the Grill or Grill + Microwave modes, use the accessories (rack or drip tray) at insertion level 1 for thick foods such as roasts and at insertion level 3 for thinner foods such as chops or sausages. On the Forced Air or Microwave + Forced Air modes, insert the rack at level 1 or 2 depending on the dish. The enamel plate (2.1.6): This is used for baking cakes or as a drip tray for collecting grilling juices. Avoid placing roasts or meats directly in the plate, as this will cause significant splattering on the oven walls. Caution: Do not use this plate for microwave-only cooking or microwave combination cooking. The crisper plate (2.1.7) Use the CRISPER PLATE with the automatic cooking or grill and microwave functions to save time and energy. Your favourite dishes will be crispy, tasty and golden, just like in a traditional oven. The special microwave plate cover (2.1.8) The advantages of the plate cover : Foodstuffs keep their full taste thanks to the steam. Dishes are heated evenly. Foodstuffs dry out less. The programme time may be reduced. By avoiding splashes, your oven remains clean for longer. Use the plate cover in microwave mode only. The turntable (2.1.9) for the even cooking of foods with no handling required. It rotates in both directions. If the turntable does not rotate, ensure that all components are correctly positioned. Do not try to rotate it manually as this might damage the turning gear. It can also be used as a cooking dish. To remove it, pick it up using the access zones provided in the cavity. The support with drive spindle: guides the glass turntable as it rotates. The support wheels: The wheels must be oriented in the right direction). If they do not turn correctly, check for any foreign bodies underneath. 3 Cleaning 3.1 CLEANING THE OUTER SURFACES The use of abrasive products, alcohol or thinners is not recommended as they are likely to damage the appliance. Use a damp sponge and a little soap. In case of odour or encrusted dirt, boil water with lemon juice and vinegar in a cup for two minutes and clean the insides with a small amount of washing-up liquid. The turntable can be removed for easy cleaning. To remove it, pick it up using the access zones provided for this purpose. If you take out the support with the drive spindle, make sure you do not let water get into the motor spindle orifice. Remember to put back the support, the support wheels and the turntable.
