WHO WE ARE PR Gaz Industrial Solutions, Inc. (PRGISI) is a dynamic engineering, trading and technical service company providing modern and comprehensive solutions related to industrial valves, process gas and emission analyzer systems and heat tracing systems. Corporate History PRGISI is a subsidiary of the PR Gaz Group of Companies. Incorporated in 2009, PR GAZ Industrial Solutions, Inc (PRGISI) began its operation as an engineering solutions and trading company. Led by its Chairman and CEO, Nelson C. Par, the company continues to fulfill its mission to provide its clients an efficient, reliable and effective way of utilizing varied engineering technologies to improve the operations or comply with industry regulations. PR Gaz Holdings, its parent company is an LPG distribution company with an annual volume of over 20,000 MT of LPG sold in key areas of Luzon. Seeing potential in the LPG business, more plants were put up through the years, which included the acquisition of the former 1,000MT Chevron LPG terminal in Pasig City, establishing itself as one of the major players in the LPG industry. As part of its growth and expansion plans, PRGISI was established to cater to the engineering and service requirements of the Philippines manufacturing, process and energy industries. PRGISI aspires to become one of the leading solutions provider in instrumentation, automation and analytical systems and technical services in the industry. PR Gaz Industrial Solutions, Inc. successfully established partnerships with some of the top international brands for diverse products and equipment. Among these international brands are Tyco Flow Control, Sick and Eltherm. WHAT WE DO We are armed with ample experience and know-how in engineering services, design, installation, testing and commissioning, service and maintenance, valve management, valve repair services and valves testing, trading and turn key projects for the energy, process and manufacturing plants nationwide. OUR PRODUCTS: Flow Control Solutions We are carrying the brand of Tyco Flow Control for the manual and control valves. Tyco on the other hand is the leading manufacturer of valves in the whole world. It served several industries in the local and international market and has established its good reputation in providing its customers with the reliable products and services. It is one of the leading brands for the industrial sensors in the world. Sick was recognized as the sensor technology leader. Thermal Control Solutions PRGISI also partnered with Eltherm- German brand for electrical heat tracing cables and tapes. Eltherm is a worldwide operating producer of heating cables, heating tapes and heated hoses. Par (Chairman/ CEO) is the founder of the PR Gaz group of Companies and PR Gaz Industrial Solutions, Inc. He obtained a degree of Bachelor of Arts, Major in Economics in San Beda College in 1983. He is considered as one of the country s top entrepreneurs in the LPG business. Mr. Nelson Par is highly conversant in all areas of strategic operations, finance and business development and has built a solid track record of success leading start-ups and rapidly growing industries. Mr. Nelson Par has received various honors and recognition for his determination and hard work. Engr. Ariel C. Jalova (Managing Director) started as an instructor in the UP Department of Mechanical Engineering in 1998. After working as a professor, he moved in the Interphil Lab in 1999. He later joined Shell Philippines as Sales Manager for eight consecutive years. In 2009, Mr. Ariel Jalova finally decided to pursue his career at PRGISI and he is the current Managing Director of the organization. He is a registered RME and finished a degree of Mechanical Engineering in the University of the Philippines- Diliman in 1998. Engr. Gabriel E. Villar (Operations Manager) graduated from the University of the Philippines- Diliman. He finished a degree of Mechanical Engineering in 2007 and obtained his title as a registered RME at the same year. Mr. Villar worked in an engineering firm involved in workshops for valve maintenance, planning and repair. He served the company for two years as Workshop Supervisor, Quality and Safety Officer and Site Engineer. He is the current Operations Manager of PR Gaz Industrial Solutions, Inc.
