Cassette Blackout System 1. Measurement of Cassette Blackout system. The width you specify will include the side covers and the drop is from top of cover to bottom of the bottom channel. 2. Cassette Blackout System colors. Cassette colors are Anodised, White and Black. 3. Cassette Blackout System Sizes. Minimum size of cassette is 400mm wide by 400mm high. The maximum sizes we recommend are a width of 3200mm, a drop of 2700mm and linked blinds up to 5.5mts in width. 4. Cassette and Channel sizes. The top cassette is 90mm by 90mm. The side channel and bottom channel are 50mm wide and 20mm thick. 5. Blind finish. Standard finish on bottom of blind is pocket with a steel lathe insert for quiet operation. 6. Other Features. Can be left or right controlled. Can be motorized. Low noise. 100% Blackout.

Pelmets National Blind Suppliers now offer four (4) kinds of pelmets excluding the padded pelmet for soft furnishings. We have the Linea Valance, the Skyline Fascia, Bonded Pelmet and the Laser-Cut Pelmet. All four pelmets can be fitted over all our internal blinds. They can also cover both single and double roller blinds as well as Panel Glides, Verticals, Romans etc. All four types can also be retrofitted over existing blinds using our brackets. LINEA VALANCE The Linea Valance is available in two (2) face sizes and four (4) colours. The Linea Valance can be covered with fabric to complement the blinds as shown in the picture below. The face sizes are 100mm and 140mm with fabric insert sizes of 89mm and 127mm. The colours available are White, Black, Cedar and Cotta. The maximum single piece is 3600mm for all colours except Cedar which comes as 3000mm maximum. Valances greater than 3600mm will come in two pieces with valance joiners. The fabric will come separately for you to stick on to the valance. If the valance is wider than the fabric to be inserted, the fabric will be joined on either side evenly with a full width as a centre panel. Please specify if you would like the fabric railroaded to avoid this. Railroading the fabric will incur a surcharge (see Pricing Sheet). When face fitted, the Linea Valance is made 20mm larger than the blind size and if recess fit, it will be made the same size. Brackets are available for face and recess fit. The recess fit bracket is a small metal L bracket that holds a plastic clip to attach to the valance. For face fit, another L bracket with attaching screw is added to provide projection of up to 140mm. Longer projections will require a third piece of flat bracket linking the two L brackets. Unique to NBS is the corner clips that go over the butting ends for normal and reverse mitres for each colour. BONDED PELMETS Bonded Pelmets are made up of timber boxes that are wrapped with a fabric of your choice either by using double sided tape or a bonding glue to attach to the timber. As with the Linea and the Skyline, there are two (2) face sizes and three (3) projections. The face sizes are 120mm and 170mm and the projections are 80mm, 130mm and 170mm. ***Maximum size Warranteed is 3500mm Wide. These provide you with a softer look over your blinds. The next best thing to Padded Pelmets.
SKYLINE FASCIA Skyline fascia is available in two (2) face sizes and four (4) colours. The face sizes are 75mm and 130mm. The 75mm is available in round and square whereas the 130mm only in square. Colours are Anodised, White, Birch and Black. These come in 5mt lengths and can cover one or more blinds in a row. The 75mm skyline fascia is used to cover a single roller blind, vertical, panel glide etc., however the 130mm Fascia can cover double roller blinds. 75mm Square and Round If ordering at the same time as Roller blinds, they come with square brackets that fit both the roller blind and the fascia. The fascia clips on to the bracket at each end. If you are retrofitting these, L brackets with a plastic piece that clips on to the back of the fascia are used. Additionally, covers are available for each end and can be cut to suit any projection up to 150mm. Square Skyline with bracket when fitting same time as roller. Round Skyline fascia with retrofit brackets and end cover. 130mm Square The 130mm Fascia is designed for double roller blinds and large single roller blinds but can also be retrofitted over other types of blinds if required. This is only available in square profile. This comes with large square brackets that the fascia clips into, and also comes with covers for each end. LASER-CUT PELMETS Laser-cut pelmets are sophisticated, contemporary and practical. They come in a vast range of custom aluminium panels designed to work over all kinds of blinds. They are available in a range of powder coated colours and designs. Manufactured in Australia, they present conventional designs provided to suit various interior concepts. We currently have nine (9) designs to choose from in four (4) different price groups. The pelmets are available in four (4) face sizes and four (4) projections. The face sizes are 110mm, 170mm, 230mm and 320mm. The projections are 50mm, 80mm, 130mm and 170mm. The nine designs are Bubbles, Geo Squares, Plain, Waves, Pebbles, Roses, Manhatton, Studio and Jazz. The colours are Paperbark, Silver Pearl, Black Scylla, Black Gloss, Anodised, Birch White, Shoji White, Dune and White Scylla. You can also request for a fabric insert that fits inside the pelmet to match specific blinds. As you can see there is a huge variety of options to complement all scenarios. All the pelmets have a timber top which is used to attach to the window or wall via an L bracket.
