IN CONCLUSION Joint-Use model can be successfully used for elementary school development in urbanizing areas. The regulations for edge sites played an important role in design development. Effective learning environment is possible on constrained sites without sacrificing program requirements for elementary schools. Both design and site selection have a major role to play in development of sustainable school models.
