Roof mounting systems for on-roof installation of VC 25, HC 25, TC 25/14 collectors Fixing system with plates and screws for brick roofs (hollow flat tiles with or without layers of cement), concrete and wooden rafters. Suitable for roof coverings in tiles, curved tiles, iron and copper sheets. System for installing: - flush-mounted collectors on sloped roofs; - tilted collectors on sloped roofs - collectors on flat roofs The system is made up of stainless steel plates that are secured with expanding plugs, or screws for wood, to the roof structure; a threaded rod is screwed onto each plate that goes through the covering elements (tiles), to which the support bars of the collectors are fixed. The support bars can be used for flush-mounted or tilted collectors. Tightness with the covering elements is obtained with seals. Where the roof is covered with sheet metal then the plates are secured directly to the external surface and tightness must be ensured with suitable sealing products. Fixing system with screws for wooden roofs. Suitable for roof coverings in tiles, curved tiles, and sheet metal. System for installing: - flush-mounted collectors - tilted collectors on sloped roofs - collectors on flat roofs The system is made up of screws that are screwed into the roof rafters. The free part of the screw is threaded and goes through the covering elements (tiles) to which the support bars of the collectors are fixed. The support bars can be used for flush-mounted or tilted collectors. Tightness with the covering elements is obtained with seals. 12

System for installing: - flush-mounted collectors - tilted collectors on sloped roofs The system is made up of aluminium brackets that are secured with expansion plugs or screws for wood to the roof structure. The brackets, to which the support bars of the collectors are fixed, do not necessitate the boring of the covering elements. The support bars can be used for flush-mounted or tilted collectors. Roof mounting system for in-roof installation of collectors IRC 25 Fixing system with pre-painted sheet flashing for brick roofs (hollow flat tiles with or without layers of cement), concrete and wooden rafters. Suitable for roofs with tiles and curved tiles. The system secures the panels to the roof structure with the use of metal brackets. The pre-painted sheet flashings are shaped in order to guarantee perfect weatherproofing. The system includes copper fittings for connecting the collectors together. 13

Combination of boiler to the Sulpack Easy system The Sulpack hot water systems can be combined and/or managed with the Fondital boilers. Tahiti Condensing KRB The KRB models identify a condensation boiler with heating mode only, pre-set for connection with a dual-coil tank (optional) for the production of domestic hot awater. It is standard equipped with a three-way motor valve integrated in the boiler. Tahiti Condensing KRB Line Tech 24-28 - 32 Condensing, pre-mixed, wall-hung boiler heating only, to be combined with a tank. It is available in three outputs: 24.8 kw, 27.4 kw and 33.2 kw (50 30 C) and it is pre-set to run on methane or propane gas. Tahiti Condensing KRB-S Line Tech 24-28 - 32 Wall-hung, premixed, condensing boilers, for central heating only, designed for connection to an external water heater. It allows, furthermore, to manage the Sulpack system directly from the boiler, thus eliminating the SD2 control unit, which, when the order is being processed, will be automatically deducted from the cost of the package. Combination of boiler to the Sulpack Easy system The Sulpack Easy hot water systems can be combined with our combi boilers with instantaneous production of domestic hot water by using the solar kit for combi boilers. The solar kit for combi boilers allows the boiler to be bypassed when the temperature of the water in the solar tank is greater than 48 C. It is made up of a thermostatic deviator and a thermostatic mixer that are integrated together. This combination is possible with the following boiler models: Panarea Compact, Panarea Compact IN, Flores Dual Line, Tahiti Dual Line, Tahiti Dual IN, Tahiti Condensing Line Tech, Tahiti Condensing IN (see page 28 for order codes).
