On January 19, 2010 the Wilmington City Council supported the preservation of the right-of-way for the proposed interchange on the northwest quadrant of the intersection of Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway and North Kerr Avenue and directed staff to prepare a Transportation Corridor Official Map for adoption by the City of Wilmington.
