PENN WASTE, INC. Recycling Guidelines Penn Waste is beginning a mobile recycling cart program for your municipality. We will be offering, at no cost to our customers, a mobile cart to each home in your municipality. Our goal: by offering a larger recycling container, we hope to reduce the amount of recyclable materials put into the regular trash and increase recycling by our customers. Participation in this program is optional. You may continue to use your existing recycle bin if you prefer. As we accept an unlimited amount of recycling, you may also keep your old recycle bin to use for excess recycling. If you would like for us to remove your old recycle bin, please leave a note on your bin letting us know you want it removed on your collection day. Thank you for your assistance! uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu It s Easy! When you recycle with Penn Waste, you put all your recyclables into a specially designated container.
