FLEXIBLE, INTEGRATED SOLUTIONS Radiant panels create a thermally stable environment ideal for new builds and refurbishments, but most notably well suited to hospitals, schools, sports halls, offices and laboratories. OUR SERVICE Our radiant panels can be modified to fit any needs and specifications. We offer a complete service from initial design through to installation and can produce a detailed schedule of requirements which include relevant panel type, size, output and pressure loss calculations. Our panels are suitable for both ceiling and wall mounting and are available with a wide range of accessories providing both design flexibility and a clean modern appearance. Panels arriving on site are individually referenced finished and ready to install allowing much greater control and flexibility on site and minimising costs. If required we can offer a full supply and installation service. REGULATIONS & GUIDELINES Thermal performance of all Price TWA radiant panels have been independently tested by BSRIA in Bracknell, Berkshire, England () and the University of Stuttgart in Germany ().

The panel operates using a water-based heat exchange as hot water is channelled through continuous copper pipework coils along aluminium planks. Seated into a tube saddle the pipework is held in direct thermal contact with the planks. A non-hardening heat paste between copper and aluminium, as well as the face profile, ensures even heat distribution overall thermal efficiency emitting a radiant field. PROVEN TECHNOLOGY When heated the extruded aluminium planks provide exceptionally high heat transfer and emit a field of electromagnetic radiation. This transfers heat to solid objects seen by the panel that are at a lower temperature than the panel itself. The objects then re-radiate heat to give a general warming effect. Whereas traditional convection heating is designed to heat air in a space. Warm air rises and needs to be circulated to heat the space. L24 T-BAR MOUNTED CEILING MOUNTED RADIANT HEATING AND COOLING SYSTEM Designed to fit into a standard T-bar ceiling grid. The L24 extruded aluminium panels are low-profile, low maintenance and are supplied with t-bar fixing clips as standard. M24 T-BAR MOUNTED CEILING MOUNTED MODULAR RADIANT HEATING AND COOLING SYSTEM Designed to fit into a standard T-bar ceiling grid. The modular M24 aluminium panels are low-profile, low maintenance and are supplied with t-bar fixing clips as standard. T-BAR MODULAR RADIANT PANEL (4/8 PASS) SPECIFICATIONS Operating with a proven water-based heat exchange the modular M24 panel is available up to a length of 3000 mm, but can be extended with a joining cover strip. The panels are created from a single sheet of aluminium and have a smooth matte finish. L30 PLASTER BOARD CEILING MOUNTED RADIANT HEATING SYSTEM The L30 radiant panel has been designed to fit flush in a standard plasterboard ceiling with a supplied, made to measure fixing frame. The panels are low-profile and are virtually maintenance free. PLASTERBOARD RADIANT PANEL (4 PASS) SPECIFICATIONS The L30 Linear panel system offers a modular solution that has been designed specifically for plasterboard ceilings. Operating with a proven water-based heat exchange system that will operate from a boiler. The L30 is available up to a length of 4200 mm with or without an access panel. Panels can be easily installed from above or below. The panel can be painted with an anti-bacterial coating and perforated to reduce acoustic resonance. L36 SQ FREE-HANGING SQUARE EDGE HEATING AND COOLING SYSTEM Designed to be suspended in spaces with no ceilings, the square edged L36 is made from extruded aluminium panels and offers a low-profile, easy to maintain radiant heating solution. CASE STUDY KEYNSHAM CIVIC CENTRE A number of outdated 1960s buildings were demolished and re-built to provide the Council with high quality offices. They required a cost effective heating and cooling solution that would integrate into the new building. This solution was integrated into the building with free hanging and T-Bar panels painted to match ceiling strips. Keynsham Civic Centre is one of the lowest energy consuming public buildings in the UK and is almost carbon neutral. CASE STUDY BRUNEL BUILDING SOUTHMEAD HOSPITAL Built at a cost of 430 million, the Brunel building is the largest building on the Southmead Hospital site, which includes accident and emergency services previously operating at Frenchay Hospital. We supplied over 1,000 T-Bar panels throughout the entire building and managed to provide a cost effective solution by reducing panel lengths while keeping required outputs. The panels were fitted as part of the building creation and included deliveries over a period of ten months.
