BOC Edwards Japan company history 1971 BOC establishes a joint venture Nissan Edwards Shinku K.K. with Nippon Sanso on a 50/50 basis. Capital 120 myen 1978 E2M introduced 1986 Oil-free DP-Mk1 introduced. Local market share expands to 35-40%. 1989 BOC increases investment to 60%. 1991 QDP introduced. 1993 Joint venture was dissolved. Nissan Edwards Shinku K.K. was managed by BOC Edwards.
