WARRANTY Urbain design TM Urbain design backs its long life outdoor furnishings with a limited warranty extending up to 10 years from the invoice date. 10-year limited warranty on recycled plastic slats against rotting, cracks, distortion and bursting. 5-year limited warranty on structural integrity provided the product is used and maintained normally. 2-year limited warranty on painted steel structures. 5-year limited warranty against corrosion on heat-galvanized coating. 1-year limited warranty on all products against any manufacturing or labour defects. 1-year limited warranty on aluminum structures against any manufacturing defect. This warranty does not include vandalism. To the extent permitted by the law, these warranties take precedence over any other warranty, whether express or implied, or any other representation whatsoever, including any implied warranty respecting sale potential or formatting. WARRANTY PROTECTIONS The warranties do not cover damage caused by negligence, lack of maintenance, vandalism, inadequate installation, abuse, unauthorized design changes, additions or substitutions of unapproved parts, ultra-violet rays, intentional demolition, natural catastrophes or any other improper use of the product contrary to its originally intended use. Warranty claims must be received within the applicable warranty period and accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or the invoice number. Any return of goods must be authorized in advance by a representative of Produits Re-plast Inc. Warranties cover only the replacement of defective parts.
