Singapore s first professional art school offering degree programmes in Digital Animation, Digital Filmmaking, Photography, Digital Imaging, Interactive Media, Product Design and Visual Communications. ADM has close to 700 students and more than 90 faculty and staff. The iconic School of Art, Design and Media building is also home to the Centre for Asian Art and Design and the Centre for Contemporary Art. The school is located in a high-traffic area of campus across the road from halls of residence, staff housing and offices.

Invitation to tender to operate and manage the ADM Café at the School of Art, Design and Media (ADM) at NTU Tender : Invitation to tender for the operation and management of the ADM Café at the School of Art, Design and Media (ADM) at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) for a period of three (03) years from 16 Jan 2014 to 15 Jan 2017, and, at NTU s option, to extend for another three (03) years till 15 Jan 2020. The University will provide the shelter for the outdoor space but this will only be available from April 2013. Please refer to the tender documents for more information. 2. There will be no heavy or open flame cooking in the indoor area and no cooking in the outdoor area. The indoor and outdoor spaces provided are void and the operator must provide, at his own expense, the necessary M&E infrastructure (e.g. a portable grease trap) and all furniture, fittings and equipment required for the operation of the Cafe. 3. The rental shall be S$3,000.00 per month (subject to GST) OR a percentage (%) of the month s gross turnover (GTO) (subject to GST), whichever is higher. The Tenderer shall indicate his bid for the % GTO (subject to GST) in his tender submission. The Operator shall agree to be linked electronically to the University s Point-of-Sale (POS) system, when such a system is implemented by the University.
