CALL TO ORDER 1. Introduction of Members, Staff and Interested Parties 2. Additions, Substitutions and Deletions to Agenda 3. Motion to Adopt Agenda B. RECAP FROM 12-12-12 SUBCOMMITTEE MEETING Root barriers and channeling should not be considered a long term solution for infrastructure damage Modify the plant list to be more flexible and include more types of trees Advise landscape industry of changes to the Street Tree List Give the Zoning Director the authority to act on behalf of an HOA seeking relief from planting requirements due to infrastructure damage Establish criteria to allow developments approved prior to 2011 to apply for waivers regarding street tree placement C. TREE PLANTING REQUIREMENTS FOR SINGLE FAMILY LOTS 1. Power Point Presentation History of Landscape Buffer Requirements History of Residential Landscape Requirements Current Requirements 2.
