The Seydelmann Frozen Meat Grinder with hole plate Ø mm and 400 mm Perfect functioning Homogeneous processing of frozen meat and fat down to 25 C(subject to plate size). The capacity of the Frozen Meat Grinder, depending on hole plate used, is up to 12.000 kg/h of frozen meat blocks of maximum size of 0 x 500 x 200 mm. Mincing of warmer material through hole plates of 3 mm is possible. Frozen meat blocks are reduced to suitable pieces for further processing. As a result, bowl cutter and its knives get a better treatment. Homogeneous cut even of slightly frozen or fresh meat by use of special worm for fresh meat. Mincing The worm of the frozen meat grinder is the starting point of the mincing process.
