Safety Instructions WARNING The Axis product shall be installed by a trained professional. NOTICE The Axis product shall be used in compliance with local laws and regulations. Installation Guide This Installation Guide provides instructions for installing AXIS T8008 PS12 Power Supply in a cabinet from the AXIS T98A-VE Surveillance Cabinet Series to supply power to the Q60-C PTZ Dome Network Cameras. Use the mounting bracket supplied with the power supply. Remove the screw at one end of the DIN rail and loosen the screw at the other end. 3. Insert the mounting bracket in the cabinet with the DIN rail running through it. DANGER Risk of electric shock. The DIN rail needs to run through the mounting bracket to achieve a proper grounding of the power supply. 9

Install on a DIN Rail The power supply can be installed on a DIN rail using the supplied DIN clip. Note It is not possible to use this method to install the power supply in a T98A series cabinet. 1. Attach the DIN clip to the mounting bracket. 2. Attach the power supply to the mounting bracket. 11
