EXPANDING PRODUCTION Our manufacturing runs a 24 hour day, 5 day a week operation with a capacity well in excess of 5 million components per week. This ensures our lead-times are very competitive > Over 50 Platarg transfer presses. Automatic rack anodising plant capable of over 250 million components per year. 2nd automatic rack anodising plant introduced from 2015 to increase capacity to 550 million components per year. 10 automatic assembly machines. 3 silk screen print machines. 1 Polishing machine. INNOVATIVE DESIGN Customer designs are realised by one of the largest in-house teams of highly skilled tool-making engineers and designers, assisted by CAD/CAM technology. By listening to the requirements of our customers and understanding their products and target markets, we are able to create bespoke 3D creative solutions to suit their design brief. > Large range of standard colours and new range of special colours, and reactive colour matching service. High quality 5657 and 3005 aluminium alloy is used to create bright, satin and matt finishes. Each finish is available across our full colour range. Beaded, standard and step collars to suit most FEA and GPI sizes. Standard and special feature caps with plastic inserts to suit most FEA size pumps. Standard triangulated caps and special feature caps with plastic screw inserts to suit most GCMI and Europa threads. Beautiful satin silver jar cap, all our inserted components are designed and glued with precision to ensure a strong retention which is fit for functional purpose. SACO has a wide range of standard slip liner inserts and GCMI thread inserts to suit most industry standards. All of our aluminium components are individually loaded onto bespoke titanium pins ready for anodising. Our unique anodising belt process ensures all surfaces of the aluminium are anodised consistently every time.
