DEPARTURE SETTINGS Do not turn off the heating or air conditioning unit. In warm weather, please set the thermostat at 75 degrees. In cold weather, please set the thermostat at 65 degrees. Thank you for your assistance, Rudi and Nesia WASHER/DRYER UNIT Our condo is equipped with a stacked washer/dryer unit. The top-load washer has a safety switch that stops it from operating when the lid is open. Occasionally, during normal operation, the lid will lift enough for the safety switch to stop the washer. If that happens, just place an object on the lid to prevent the lid from lifting. This should solve the problem. Thank you, Rudi and Nesia NO SMOKING
