READY-TO-USE WEEDS CONTROLLED: Dandelion, Plantain, Black Medick (yellow clover), Buttercup, Chickweed, Clover, English Daisy, Ground Ivy (Creeping Charlie), Knotweed (Ironweed), Poison Ivy, Ragweed, Shepherd s Purse, Bedstraw, Heal-All, Devil s Paint Brush. SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE PROTECTIVE CLOTHING: Wear long sleeved shirt, long pants, socks, shoes and chemical-resistant (e.g., rubber) gloves. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Cut tie on holster, remove sprayer from the holster and unwrap. Uncoil flexible pick-up tube and straighten. Remove cap from the bottle. Insert tube into the opening and install cap from the sprayer. When ready to use ensure the safety lock is in the ON position. Select STREAM OR SPRAY by turning the nozzle before use. Stand close to weed. Adjust nozzle to desired spray pattern. Point sprayer away from body and press trigger to begin spraying. Wet the weed with one or two short bursts. Repeat if necessary. Hold trigger for continuous spraying. Do not water for 24 hours. For further sprayer use directions read the instructions included with the sprayer. Keep the safety lock in LOCK position when storing or changing fluid bottles or batteries. Store sprayer apparatus in holster when not in use. See holster for additional sprayer instructions. NOTE: Excessive wetting of grasses around weeds may cause some injury. This product is only effective when applied to the leaves of actively growing weeds. This product will not prevent new weeds apply only when weeds are present. This product is designed to target treatment of weedy areas and lawns. DO NOT apply to any body of water. DO NOT contaminate irrigation/drinking water supplies or aquatic habitats by cleaning of equipment or disposal of wastes. DO NOT directly spray or allow spray to drift onto ornamentals, gardens or exposed tree roots. This product may injure desirable ornamentals and vegetables. Avoid application of this product when winds are gusty. MAXIMUM APPLICATION FREQUENCY: For good turf /lawn management, DO NOT apply more than two broadcast applications per season. This does not include spot treatments. REUSE AND REFILL INSTRUCTIONS: 15 ml = 1 tablespoon (tbsp). Refill only with Concentrated Weedex Weed Control for Lawns II (PCP# 28204). Do not use this container or sprayer for other products. For refilling, remove the sprayer cap and tube. Measure 102 ml (6.8 tbsp) of Concentrated WeedEx Weed Control for Lawns II into the empty container. Add 5 litres (1.32 gallons) of clean water to container. Reinstall the tube and sprayer cap. Follow DIRECTIONS FOR USE. PRECAUTIONS: KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Harmful if swallowed. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing.
OPERATOR USE PRECAUTIONS: Wash hands before eating, drinking, using tobacco or using the toilet. After treating, wash thoroughly. If pesticide penetrates clothing, remove immediately; then wash contaminated skin thoroughly and shower. Launder contaminated clothing separately before reuse. RE-ENTRY INTERVAL: Do not allow people (other than applicator) or pets on treatment area during application. Do not enter treated areas until spray has thoroughly dried. GENERAL PRECAUTIONS: Do not use on Bent grass or where clover is desired. Do not store near seeds, fertilizer, insecticides or fungicides. Do not allow spray, mist or vapours to contact any plants other than those being treated. Do not allow to freeze. ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS: Toxic to birds. Toxic to small wild mammals. Toxic to aquatic organisms and non-target terrestrial plants. FIRST AID: If on skin or clothing, take off contaminated clothing. Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes. Call a poison control centre or doctor for treatment advice. If swallowed, call a poison control centre or doctor immediately for treatment advice. Have person sip a glass of water if able to swallow. Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so by a poison control centre or doctor. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. If in eyes, hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing eye. Call a poison control centre or doctor for treatment advice. If inhaled, move person to fresh air. If person is not breathing, call 911 or an ambulance, then give artificial respiration, preferably by mouth-to mouth, if possible. Call a poison centre or doctor for further treatment advice. Take container, label or product name and Pest Control Product Registration Number with you when seeking medical attention. TOXICOLOGICAL INFORMATION: Treat symptomatically. DISPOSAL: Do not reuse empty container except in accordance with REUSE AND REFILL INSTRUCTIONS. Wrap and dispose of empty container with household garbage.
