Table Installation and Location The S914 Scrap Collector is designed for installation into a soiled dishtable. Locate the unit at least 24 away from the loading end of the dishmachine to allow sufficient space for dish racks. ARROWS INDICATE DISH FLOW The Scrap Collector is furnished with a template for making the proper cut-out in the dishtable for installation. Once the location of the Collector has been determined, place the template in position on the tabletop and mark the opening to be cut. Make certain that the gusher tube inside the Collector is positioned on the side closest to the dish machine or sink. The flow of the water plume from the gusher tube must angle up and away from the dishmachine or sink. The unit is now ready for installation. 19 1 /32" (48.35) 15" (38.10) 20" ( 50.80) TABLE CUTOUT GUSHER TUBE Collectors are most commonly welded to the dishtable.
