Harvesting will promote further production of fruit. Expect to harvest up to several times per week. omatoes Harvest Window: July 25 End of season (alsa Garden) luck tomatoes when fruits mature in color to orange or red (Depending on variety). Mature fruits should have a slight give when given a gentle squeeze. Ripe tomatoes should snap easily from the vine just above the fruit.
