1. Task On behalf of the company SIRYONIT-HOSEM, the air borne sound insulation index of a single leaf fire Door system, product of SHIRYONIT-HOSEM co. is to be determined according to ISO 140 in the test facilities. 2. Test equipment The test equipment listed in appendix C, page 1, was applied for the measurements. Each calibration of the measuring equipment is done according to the manufacturer and ISO/IEC 17025 standard.. Test object and conditions of measurements.1 Date and place of measurements The measurements were effected according to ISO 140- in the test facilities of the company Izosound Laboratories Ltd located at Or Yehuda, Israel On May 11 th, 2011..2 Test Object.2.1 Fire door Type 11 by SHIRYONIT-HOSEM, size: 950X2050 mm..2.2 Total door leaf width: 52.2mm The tested door system consists of the following: - Metal frame, width: 16 mm. - 120 kg/m rock wool infill, widths: 49 mm, 4 mm. - Two plaster boards, size: 190X140X12.7 mm. Affixing: lock type 124F. All details are described in appendix B, pages 2-5 Door documentation is in appendix B, page 1..2. Door jamb consists of galvanized steel, width 1.25 mm, and 90 kg/m rock wool infill..2.4 Sealing system include two sealing degrees with PVC gaskets.

. Measuring system description - Emission room. - Filler wall, size 25X0 cm, including the tested door. - Receiving room. The system description of the door system as used for the measurements is shown in appendix B in form of drawings & pictures..4 Installation situation On the 11 th of May 2011 the Single leaf fire Door, manufactured by SHIRYONIT-HOSEM co. had been assembled in the door test stand, by the client. The process was supervised by the client's representative. The door system consists of a single door leaf assembled in its 950mmX2050mm door jamb. All door parts supplied by SHIRYONIT-HOSEM. All voids between the test opening and the filler wall, were sealed with silicon. No system errors were produced during the installation of the door system in the test opening. The test arrangements correspond to the instructions of ISO140-. Detailed drawings and photographs are presented in Appendix B pages 1-5. 4. Conditions of measurement The measurements took place in Izosound Laboratories facility Ltd located at Or Yehuda, Israel. The measurements were effected and evaluated according to the norms indicated in appendix C, page 2. The maximum air borne sound insulation of the filler wall in which the door system was assembled is capable of R`w= 58dB. 4

The maximum air borne sound insulation of the wall test opening, where the filler wall is located, is R`w= 77dB. 5. Results of measurements Evaluation according to ISO 140 part The rated Sound Reduction Index R w for the door system is: R w ( C; Ctr) = 8( 1; 2) db Additional information concerning the test construction and measurement conditions are indicated in test certificate in appendix A. 6. Remark This test report may only be published and copied as a whole including all of its appendixes. The publishing of extracts requires the prior written consent of Izosound Laboratories ltd. Eng.
