A ground minimum resistance of 2,5 to 3 kg/cm 2 - Hot bins Five compartments, with discharge gates pneumatically operated. Capacity 17 cu m. Over-sizes and rejects chutes. Anti-wear sheet on tilted sides, where also are sheets horizontally installed retaining a little part of aggregates, to support the following impacts. Level indicator in each compartment. - Aggregates weight bin 3.000 kg capacity, for accumulative weighting of five sizes of aggregates, by means of load cell. 6 - Pressure injected asphalt system Compact system, including hot oil heated asphalt pump, driven by 7,4 kw (10 H.P.) electric motor, spraying bar for a good distribution of the asphalt on the mixer - Mixer.- Low speed mixer and dual shafts. Capacity 2.000 kg. Provided with replaceable lining, arms and tips. Driven by electric motor of 22,5 kw (30 H.P.) Discharge gate pneumatically driven. Provided with jacket for hot oil heating. With hinged gates to make easier inspection and replacement of arms, blades, etc, joined by a frame with safety lock. Rechargeable blades and coating in NI-HARD - Platforms, stairways and railing For access to all areas of the grading-mixing tower. - Pneumatic installation For driving all the gates and supply of air to the burner. Includes connecting piping pressure regulator, filters, pressure meters, drain units, etc. A unit soundproof air compressor is provided, driven by a 22 kw (30 CV) for the cleaning of bags and the supply of air to the plant.

Electric pre installation. Spool to coil electric wire. Telescopic modules to distribute charge. A ground minimum resistance of 2,5 to 3 kg/cm 2 BAG HOUSE Model RVM-330. Built on steel plate CORTEN. Jacketed with a layer of mineral wool protected by metal sheeting. Cleaning system by opposite atmospheric air intake through a rotary valve, which communicates the bags with the exterior. Automatic cleaning cycle controlled by a differential pressure sensor between the dirty and clean air chambers. Number of bags: 330 Filtering surface: 530 sq. m Maximum temperature: 220ºC Bags fabric: Bag grams: 425 g/sq. m NOMEX TYPE Access gate and safety lock to inspection. Exhaust fan driven by a 92 kw (125 H.P.) electric motor provided with access gate and safety lock. Radial gate with tilting blades for a perfect control of the air output, with remote control from the cabin. This type of gate makes easier the fan start. Regulation stack with stairway and platform for access to the inspection door, which allows the taking of samples. Screw conveyor to transport the recovered dust to the convenient elevator.

8 No. 5 MOBILE UNIT: Added filler and recovered dust double silo (30+25 cu m). Dust elevator. Mobile unit mounted on a semi trailer type frame, with one fixed axel of four wheels, dimensions 9,5 R 17,5 and 2" king-pin for tractor truck towing. Electric pre installation. Spool to coil electric wire. ADDED FILLER AND RECOVERED DUST DOUBLE SILO (35+30 CU M). 1. - Filler addition system One 29 cu m (35 t) cylindrical silo for the addition filler with minima and maximum level and signal in the control cab. Pneumatic loading exterior system. Filter with cleaning by vibration. Screw conveyor from the silo to the weighting bin, driven by a 5,5 kw (7,5 HP) electric motor. 2.- Recovered dust system One 25 cu m (30 t) cylindrical silo for the recovered dust with maximum level and signal in the control cab. Aspiration pipe connected to the above-mentioned filter. Bucket elevator, vertical, closed, driven by a 3 kw (4 HP) electric motor with dust regulation bin and rejects pipe to conduct the surplus to the silo. Screw conveyor from the dust regulation bin to the weighting bin, driven by a 4 kw (5,5 HP) electric motor. Screw conveyor, which take the filler from the recovered silo to be transported to the dust elevator by a 4 kw (5,5 HP) electric motor. Screw conveyor to discharge the dust to the exterior. Driven by a 9,2 kw (12,5 HP) electric motor. Both silos are assembled in a compact unit, the 30 t being on top of the 25 t silo. The lower part closed, using it as load dispatchers. A ground minimum resistance of 2,5 to 3 kg/cm 2

9 No. 6 MOBILE UNIT: Asphalt tank (90 cu m). Hot oil heater. Asphalt feeding pump to plant. Mobile unit mounted on a semi trailer type frame, with two fixed axels of four wheels each one, dimensions 385/65 R 22,5 and 2" king-pin for tractor truck towing. Electric pre installation. Spool to coil electric wire. Telescopic modules to distribute charge. A ground minimum resistance of 2,5 to 3 kg/cm 2 HOT OIL HEATER Hot oil heater, INTRAME, model DSH-45. Built according to the 97/23/CE regulations, German code AD-Merblätter and DIN 4754:1.994 norm. With 523 kw (450.000 kcal/h) net calorific capacity at 210ºC maximum temperature. It is provided with double spiral pipe on bright-drown steel heat resisting. Isolated with a layer of mineral wood and covered with another aluminium layer. Horizontal centrifuge pump for oil circulation, driven by 7,35 kw (10 CV) electric motor. Burner with 617 kw (530.000 Kcal/h) brut thermo power including pump to inject (fuel) combustible in pulverized state. The burner is provided, from the factory, for gas-oil. Safety elements: Pumping equipment: combustion automatic stop. Equipotential ground connection: heaters, combustion equipments and operation panels. Peephole to allow a good flame view. Automatic stop device. Inflow heating system stop device.

10 Burner regulation device: two gears that according to the reversing temperature can be selected automatically. Maximum temperature safety system. Flame safety. A flame detector blockages the burner when de flame disappears. Combustion air safety (gas burner). Tight safety (gas burner). Automatic firing safety (control by firing relay LANDIS LAL 2.025). Built on steel plate welded electrically covered with a layer of mineral wool of 80 mm width protected with aluminium sheet, including: Heating coil made on 2 seamless tube mounted on supports enabling the absorption of expansion. Man-hole with cove. A vent and a hole with plug for checking the level are placed on the cover. Nipples with plunges for fitting the heating, discharge, loading an recirculation pipes. One 90 cu m tank for asphalt. One automatic temperature controls for the two tanks with indication of temperature and thermostatic valve to cut the flow of hot oil. Continuous level. INCLUDING PIPING INSTALLATION. ASPHALT PUMP FOR FEEDING THE PLANT Driven by a 7,4 kw (10 H.P.) electric motor with operation and electronic speed regulation. Jacketed by hot oil heater.
