This facility is located just North of Plymouth WI and is currently in use as a district maintenance facility for the Sheboygan County Transportation Department, Highway Division. There is easy access to State Highway 23

The Sheboygan County Transportation Department recently broke ground on construction of a new, consolidated and centralized facility approximately 3 miles north and west of the subject facility. Transfer of ownership of the Plymouth District Shed will occur in the fall of 2017 to the successful buyer. The Main Building was built in 1982. An Ortho-photography image of the property The parcel for sale includes a 16,500 square foot Engineered Steel, Steel and Concrete Main Building currently used as a Truck and Heavy Equipment storage and office facility. The garage portion is accessed by two 20 foot wide x 17 foot high powered overhead doors. There are a total of four service doors as well including the door which enters into the office. The Garage portion is high bay and able to accommodate vehicles or equipment of up to 17 feet in height. This portion of the building also includes natural gas fired radiant

Radiant tube heating is quite efficient as it heats the objects in the facility and not the air.+ The garage space also includes powered wall ventilators as well as a make-up air system to efficiently ventilate exhaust fumes. In addition there are several ceiling fans to circulate air. Other features include a work bench area, a locker area for outer-garments and remote controlled exterior overhead doors. There is a bonus area currently used for lubricant storage which also houses an emergency electric generator.

Total Square footage of the Main Building is 16,500 square feet. This includes the office and shower facilities.

The office and shower facilities are one story in height and include a large attic/storage area above. This area also houses the mechanicals as well as the makeup air unit for the main garage. The office areas: Large Private Office: ++ Gang Sink-common area
