DELIVERY Orders in excess of 0.00 net invoice value will not be subject to carriage charge and will be delivered within two working days from receipt of order. MAINTENANCE When installing wall mounted products Crosswater strongly recommend making provisions for an in-wall access point, particularly when tiling, for maintenance purposes. PROCARE CLEANING The Polished, Brushed and Brushed Stainless Steel coating we use on our taps is very durable. However, extra care should be taken when cleaning by only using warm soapy water, followed by rinsing with clean water and drying with a soft cloth. All finishes are vulnerable to acid attack and some strong substances such as household cleaners, disinfectants, bleach, essential oils, denture cleaners, hair dyes, wine making elements and photographic chemicals can cause the surface to go black or peel. Limescale can be removed with a good quality limescale remover such as Viakal P&G. 1 YEAR GUARANTEE* All Crosswater products, unless otherwise stated carry a 1 year guarantee, which covers all manufacturing defaults. This guarantee does not cover damage during fitting, misuse or inappropriate cleaning, shower hoses or cartridges as these are guaranteed for 1 year. Care should be taken in hard water areas to ensure the cartridge is regularly cleaned. *All products carry a 1 year guarantee (with the exception of shower hoses and cartridges, which carry a 12 month guarantee). PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY Whilst the majority of Crosswater products are compatible, care should be taken on product selection prior to ordering to avoid installation issues. WRAS is the most well known approval scheme used to demonstrate compliance, which Crosswater often uses amongst other acceptable methods, for compliance assurance. Crosswater recognises that all new water fittings must comply with Water Regulations, and therefore is committed to increasing the amount of approved products. This gives Crosswater an advantage to supply products to contracts with Hotels, Residential and other projects that require water compliance certificates. Offering proof of compliance also benefits the customer as this authorises the turn on of water supply when projects are completed.2.
