52 High Temperature Rinse Aid SparClean High Temperature Rinse Aid is specially formulated to ensure superior water sheeting and drying of dishware and utensils in high temperature dish machines. SparClean High Temperature Rinse Aid s acidic formula ensures spotless dishes upon drying. It also helps to control mineral deposits left by hard water and food soils caused from rapid evaporation at high temperatures. The nonfoaming formula will help maintain the machine s spay arm eficiency, providing optimal wash conditions for each rack. SparClean High Temperature Rinse Aid can also be used in low temperature machines where hard water and scale buildup are an issue. The clear packaging allowes you to see exactly what remains in your container and enables timely reorder of your warewash products. High Temperature Rinse Aid is also packaged in a closed system gallon to reduce possibility of contact with product. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: DO NOT MIX WITH OTHER CHEMICALS Some individuals may be sensitive to ingredients in this product. Before use, read product label and MSD sheet. SparClean High Temperature Rinse Aid is not intended for manual washing. 1. Set the dispenser according to the manufacturer s instructions to dispense SparClean High Temperature Rinse Aid during the rinse cycle. 2. Dose SparClean High Temperature Rinse Aid at 2 5 ml per rack of dishes. a. Run several test racks to check for proper sheeting and drying of dishes. If sheeting and drying is not suficient, increase dosage by 1 ml per rack until suficient sheeting action is achieved. b. For hard water situations an increase dosage of SparClean High Temperature Rinse Aid may be needed. c. Overdosing SparClean High Temperature Rinse Aid can lead to decreased sprayer arm eficiency which can lead to poor results and is not recommended. For High Temperature Dish Machines a minimum rinse water temperature of 180 F must be maintained during the rinse cycle for proper thermal sanitization. When using SparClean High Temperature Rinse Aid in a low temperature machine, ensure that 50-150 ppm of a chlorinated sanitizer is also being used during the rinse cycle. Be sure to read all Directions, Precautionary and First Aid Statements on product labels before use of this or any Spartan product.
