The following freight rates apply: within 100 miles of Fowler s Nursery order totaling $1,000. prepaid all miles over 100 miles of Fowler s Nursery $2.00 per mile Fuel Surcharge - 2% of delivered invoice total added until further notice on all deliveries. The rate per mile does fluctuate so please contact our office for today s rate. Delivery can usually be made within 2 5 business days after receipt of order. Most orders received in our office by Wednesday morning can be shipped that week. Liability: Our responsibility ends when shipment leaves our nursery. All claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Our liability in no case shall exceed the purchase price.
