Their zero clearance approvals allow them to be built directly into timber and plasterboard false chimney breasts or existing masonry chimneys. ST900 Low Energy Consumption Fireplace (Gas) The sleek ST900 gas fireplace uses only a small amount of energy and offers flexibility in design and installation. The ST900 fireplace uses only 1/3 of the gas of an equivalent size open gas fireplace, and is completely silent in operation. The ST900 is ideal for adding ambience and additional warmth to a house with a heat pump or underfloor heating. Thanks to its shallow depth, direct vent flue system and zero clearance rating, the ST900 can be installed almost anywhere (even in bedrooms). The ST900 comes supplied with a battery pack, which allows the fireplace to continue to operate during power outages. The ST900 fireplaces come with a battery-powered wireless remote control. This can be used to light the fire and to adjust the flames. A built-in thermostat allows the desired room temperature to be set. The remote also offers a 7-day timer for automatic control of the fireplace. E Series Outdoor fireplaces (Gas or wood) Just because it s a little cool outside it doesn t mean you have to stay indoors. Escea outdoor gas or wood fireplaces let you enjoy the open air whilst still staying warm. The Escea outdoor fireplaces create a dramatic centre point to any outdoor gathering, adding sophistication and ambience to any occasion. The EF5000 is a great looking gas fireplace designed for quick convenient heat at the push of a button. Whether you are planning on entertaining all night or are just wishing to unwind after a day at work, the EF5000 gas fireplace is ideal. The innovative design of the EF5000 means no flue is required, and the fireplace is zero-clearance, so can be installed straight into any timber-framed external construction. If you prefer the sight, smell and crackling of an open wood fire, and love to cook outdoors, then the EW5000 outdoor cooking fire is the one for you. For long life, Escea constructed its firebox of high quality 4mm thick steel. The EW5000 requires a fully non-combustible structure such as masonry, stone, concrete or brickwork, and also requires a standard flue. The EW5000 can be finished with or without the stainless steel Ferro fascia. When not in use, the plate can be conveniently stored under the ash pan.
Key Features SmartHeat The intelligent new control system by Escea lets you control your fireplace in ways never before possible. Escea s continuous research and development provides you with the latest in innovative features. Escea s unique Smart Heat system allows each fireplace to connect to the internet via cable to your home router. You can then turn on your fireplace from any location via a secure web screen or through our iphone or Android smartphone app. On cold nights you can turn your fireplace on as you begin the drive home so your house is warm and inviting on arrival. The Smart Heat system constantly monitors the temperature in the room, and makes adjustments to the fireplace to ensure the room is kept at the exact temperature you have requested. It will automatically ramp the heat output and the room air fan up and down through an infinite range of speeds, so the fan is never running too fast or too slow. 27 Heat Ducting Powered Direct Vent Escea s unique Heat Ducting Technology turns your fireplace into a multiroom heating unit by pushing the fireplace s warmth to the farthest reaches of a room, boosting the efficiency and heat output of the DX Series fireplaces. The ducts transport warm air through ceilings, walls and floors, circulating heat not just within the room, but throughout the house and even between levels. The main duct pipe runs from the fireplace either over the ceiling or under the floor. The warm air is released through ceiling, floor or wall outlets. The advanced technology automatically adjusts the heat output and speed of the inline fan so that the room constantly remains at your desired temperature. The system improves the air transfer within your home by heating the entire space evenly before recirculating room air back through the fireplace. AVAILABLE FOR DX1000 DX1500 Escea s Powered Direct Vent is a balanced flue that uses an externallymounted fan unit controlled by the fireplace s Smart Heat control system. Two flexible pipes run from the fireplace to the fan unit. One removes spent combustion air from the fireplace; the other draws fresh air for combustion from the outside. For horizontal termination, the external components are housed in a slim-line stainless cowl which presents a minimal visual profile. This system is also available with a vertical termination option that allows for through the roof installation. Flue runs of up to 12 metres are possible when using poly pro flue extension kits.
