WARRANTY Cambro Manufacturing Company warrants to the original purchaser that the Camtherm Cabinet is free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of shipment from the Cambro distribution center. Any part, subject to this warranty, which proves to be defective in materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at Cambro s option. The warranty will not apply if the product has been altered in any way, suffered accidental damage due to moving, neglect, abuse, misuse, use of unauthorized parts, or acts of God. The obligation of Cambro Manufacturing Company is limited to the above and except as expressly stated herein; Cambro Manufacturing Company makes no guarantee or warranty, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability or fitness. SECTION II USE AND MAINTENANCE (A) Using Your Camtherm Cart Maximizing Performance For maximum holding performance and to ensure safe food holding temperatures, pre-heat or pre-chill the cabinet at least 1 hour or more before loading with hot or cold food. Refer to reference charts below for exact time guidelines. 1) To get started: flip power switch on back of cabinet to on. 2) If using hot/cold unit, flip hot/cold switch to hot or cold. 3) If pre-heating, set temperature dial to desired setting, minimum 150 F (65,5 C), maximum 165 F (73,9 C). 4) Note: Temperature Achieved light is for hot holding only (hot/cold model only). 5) Cold holding cabinet temperature is factory pre-set to chill down to 37 F (2,8 C). There is no temperature dial setting for this. 6) Before transporting or relocating cabinet, first ensure door(s) are completely shut and latches are secure. Then turn power off, unplug, and wrap cord. 7) Refer to chart below for recommended recovery times and holding times unplugged. (C) Proper Maintenance WARNING! IMPORTANT! ALLOW UNITS TO COMPLETELY COOL OR COME UP TO ROOM TEMPERATURE BEFORE CLEANING. UNPLUG UNIT BEFORE CLEANING. (i) Cleaning the Inside 1. Remove slide rails. 2. Remove uprights. 3. Remove louvers by lifting up and off the screw holders. To reinstall, place louvers above the screw holders and pull firmly downward. Do not tighten screws that hold the louvers as they are preset. 4. Clean slide rails, uprights, louvers and wipe inside of cabinet with warm, soapy water and a soft plastic brush. CAUTION! DO NOT USE A METAL BRUSH. CAUTION! DO NOT STEAM CLEAN OR DIRECT ANY WATER SPRAY INTO THE LOUVERS AS SEVERE DAMAGE OR ELECTRICAL HAZARD COULD RESULT. CAUTION! AT NO TIME SHOULD THE CABINET BE WASHED OR FLOODED WITH WATER AS SEVERE DAMAGE OR ELECTRICAL HAZARD COULD RESULT IN INJURY AND DAMAGES. (ii) Cleaning the Outside 1. Wipe down the external cabinet with warm soapy water. Be sure door(s) is closed. 2. For tough to clean stains use a plastic-safe stain remover such as Ecolab s Dip it. 7 (iii) Casters 1. Lubricate casters after cleaning to maintain good working order. Grease the swivel raceway with Lubriplate No. 930-aa, Keystone #84PXLT Multi-Purpose Grease or equivalent. Apply grease using a needle nose adapter on grease gun. Casters are provided with a standard grease fitting. When complete, check caster movement for wheel spin and swivel rotation. Check for damage.

SECTION IV TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE If after troubleshooting, you do need a service call, please contact your local Cambro Rep Office. We ve provided a listing of all Cambro Reps for North America, including USA, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean, on the facing page. To request a service call, contact your local Cambro Rep Office. (see facing page for listing) Problem Solution 1. Moisture shows on the outside of the door. 1. The door is not sealed properly. Check the latch and the gaskets. 2. Check the door for damage. 3. Replace the latch. 4. Replace the gaskets. 5. Replace door. 6. If the problem persists, call Cambro Service Number. 2. Temperature gauge is not reading accurately. 1. Temperature gauge could be defective. Call Cambro Service Number. 2. Temperature controller malfunction. Call Cambro Service Number. 10 3. Temperature gauge is difficult to read or is not showing any temperature reading. 1. It is solar operated so be sure adequate light is available. 2. If problem persists, call Cambro Service Number. 4. Casters do not roll smoothly. 1. Check axle to be sure it is not bent. If bent, call Cambro Service Number. 2. Lubricate casters as described in Section II (C) Proper Maintenance (pg7). 3. Replace caster. 5. Thermoelectric unit is not operating. 1. Check power receptacle to be sure it is energized. 2. Check fuses. 3. On-off switch is also used as circuit breaker on the Tall Cabinet. Check this. 4. Call Cambro Service Number. 6. Cord becomes damaged and non-working. Call Cambro Service Number. 7. Power light does not light up and unit is not operating when on switch is flipped. Call Cambro Service Number. 8. Cabinet operates, but set temperature is not achieved and the temperature achieved light does not come on. 1. Shut down the unit by turning power switch to off. After a few minutes, start the unit. 2. If problem persists, call Cambro Service Number. 9. During normal operation, temperature is changing from the set point. 1. System could be overheating. Refer to solution for problem 8. 2. Power supply may have failed. Check plugs and circuit breaker. If problem persists, call Cambro Service Number. 3. Internal fans or thermoelectric module may have failed. Call Cambro Service Number.
