The number of square meter per pad is definitly depending upon several factors ( floor roughness, pressure, maintenance, machine..). 20 000 sqm2 can be used as an initial guideline for starting the operation and collect data for an optimum frequency of pad change. How and when should the pad be maintained? At the end of each day cleaning the pad should be cleaned by spray washing of water, and by brushing (soft brush) to removed any particles and debris attached to the pad. Hang up for drying.
