This delivers the most full bodied, flavorful, robust cup of coffee with no bitter aftertaste. Maximum coffee extraction can only be achieved at a constant water temperature of 93 C / 200 F. Conventional coffee makers brew at well below this temperature for most of the cycle. The inner water reservoir with regulating float, delivers constant water pressure into the heating system to heat the water to the correct temperature throughout the complete brewing cycle. 7
