TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER CONVEYOR SPEED ADJ. BLOWER SPEED ADJ. Adjust the temperature parameters, control temperature Adjust conveyor speed Adjust blower airflow 4.2 Operation flow Notice: Inspect all screws on machine carefully before you turn it on, especially the screws on moving parts must be tightened(some screws may be loose during the transportation). If any loose screw is found, please tighten them before you turn on the machine, otherwise it may do damage to the machine if you turn on the machine directly. 1) About 10 minutes before using, firstly open the power switch. Turn the switch to the ON position, the conveyor belt and blower begin to work, the temperature controller will display the temperature, and the speed controller will show the conveyor belt and blower speed control frequency. Then turn on the heater switch to preheat the tunnel. 2) According to the product characteristics, set the transportation speed. Different values from various transportation speeds (depend on the product sizes and the sealing speed), at first set it in the middle position. After you have selected optimum transportation speed, in order to find the appropriate shrinkage temperature under the required speed by repeating actions. 3) The heating temperature must match the conveyor speed properly, the faster the conveyor is, the higher the heating temperature is. According to the optimum shrinking results to increase or decrease the temperature during certain product commissioning, record this corresponding temperature value, avoid the repeating commissioning in the next time production. PVC film heating temperature is generally between 120~150, POF film is between 145~160. Delivery speed should cooperate with the production line requirement. 4) Operation: Place the packaged product with film wearing on the top of the shrinking entrance on the conveyor belt, the conveyor will deliver the packaged product to the shrinking tunnel and perform the film shrinking, then send the packaged product out. 5) Stop: Before turning off the running switch, turn off the heater switch firstly, only after temperature has dropped below 70 can stop the whole machine. 5. Common faults and eliminations In abnormal situation, please cut off the power supply before performing the machine maintenance, the following is a common faults and eliminations:

5.1 The conveyor belt doesn t work 1) Check whether the main breaker QF1, QS1 and QF3 on the front panel is damaged. 2) Check whether the speed controller is energized, the output value is in the normal position. 3) Removed the protective covers of both ends to see whether the product is jammed or roller gets stuck, if roller is damaged, take it out to repair or replace according to the following instructions. 4) Check the chain and bearing lubrication situation, if it is rusty, need to loosen the chain and chain wheel, lubricate the bearing inside or replace the bearing. 5) Check no loose chain and chain wheel not contact to the machine shell. 6) Check U2, V2 and W2 three-phase wire have energized, if there is electric but motor does not work, need to replace the motor. 7) If above all are normal, need to replace the motor or contact the manufacturer. 5.2 No hot air or insufficient air flow 1) Check whether the main breaker QF1, QS1 and QF2 on the front panel is damaged. 2) Check whether the air outlet is blocked by the shrinking film, if so, need to take out the tunnel cover plate to clean. 3) Check whether the fan is in normal working. a. Check whether the U1, V1 and W1 wire is loose. b. Check whether there is the voltage on U1, V1 and W1, if so, but the blower doesn t work, need to replace the blower. 2. Check whether the fan blades of the hot-air blower loose from the spindle. 5.3 No heat or insufficient heat 1) Check whether the main breaker QF1, QS1 on the front panel is damaged. 2) Check whether the blower and the conveyor belt is normally running, if normal, check whether the heater switch SA2 and solid state relay SSR1 KM1 is damaged, if abnormal, check whether SA2 is damaged. 3) Check whether the temperature controller is damaged, if damaged, need to replace. 4) Check whether the wires of the SSR1, KM3 to TC1 is loose, if not, check whether the heater wires is loose. 5) Check whether the heating tubes of the heater is burned, if burned, need to removed the protective covers of both ends to replace the heating tubes. 6. Maintenance 6.1 Maintenance instructions 1) Advise every month use high temperature lubricating oil to lubricate conveyor chain. When conveyor belt running speed distinctly slow down, use a soft brush with the lubricating oil to the belt chain. 2) Before applying the silicone grease on roller, please be sure to check whether the shrinkage tunnel is stained with the scrap film.
