Protect your product against scratches, bundle your products or give it some extra gloss with a strong, tight, glossy over-wrap. The I and L shaped sealers can be used to seal and cut off the film. Shrink your package tight around the product by the use of a heat gun, in a heated chamber or in a heat tunnel. Professional shrink wrap equipment The Audion professional shrink wrap equipment can be used for medium to large production output. These machines offer a variety of different configurations due to lots of different machine types and options. These high-quality machines can be easily adjusted according to different product sizes and shapes. Our professional L-sealers can be used to seal and cut off the film around your product. This can be done by manual closing of the machine or on the more advanced models pneumatically. After this, the packed product can be (automatically) transported to one of our professional shrink tunnels. These tunnels have energy saving insulation and have an automatic cool down function to guarantee a long lifetime of its critical components. (Semi) automatic shrink wrap equipment The (Semi) automatic L-sealer or bundle packer combinations with shrink tunnel can be used when high production output is a must. These machines can be used - due to advanced control systems - to pack various different products. They offer an efficient solution when many manual activities are involved. The products are automatically fed into the machine on the infeed conveyor. The bundle packer subsequently wraps the film around the product (both sides are left open), the automatic L-sealer seals a completely closed package around the product. Thereafter the packed product can be transported automatically into the tunnel in order to shrink the film tight around the product by use of hot air. 4 SHRINK WRAP EQUIPMENT SERGEANT I-SEALER 160B / 300B These compact single arm sealers are suitable for sealing small production quantities (max. 10/min) in shrink film. They work well with all shrink films and consistently deliver superior strength seals. The sealers are often used in combination with a heat gun to shrink wrap products. The 160B and 300B are equipped with a seal/cutting wire, which seals and cuts the material in one operation. These I-sealers offer a very flexible low-budget solution for your small production quantities and require less space than other shrink wrap solutions. This makes this machine ideal for use in stores, shops, offices and other environments where you are limited by space. The machines operate with a shrink hood instead of a tunnel. The hood is closed by an electronic hold-down magnet during the film sealing and heat-shrink wrapping operations. Almost any product can be shrink wrapped in this clever machine. These DEMPACK machines have - due to standard water cooling and an accurate temperature control - a better seal quality and longer wire lifetime as most other similar machines in this market segment. 10 SHRINK WRAP EQUIPMENT BE-MATIC BUNDLE PACKER WITH TE-MATIC SHRINK TUNNEL This Bundle Packer machine bundles your (glass and PET) bottles, boxes, jars, cans, cases in a wide range of pack collations. The semi-automatic version (BE- MATIC 28) has a table where the operator can collate the products. By pressing two buttons, the operator starts the seal cycle; a pneumatic device pushes the products inside the machine where the products are sleeve wrapped in PE film. The TE-MATIC 26 shrink tunnel can be connected to this machine to shrink the PE film tight around the products. This tunnel can be equipped with a cooling fan to cool down the PE film as soon as it comes out of the tunnel. BE-MATIC 28 + TE-MATIC 26
