P O P F R E N Z Y S T I R P O P P E R CUSTOMER POPPER PARTS: SERVICE A: Butter Bin Cover B: Butter Bin C: Popper Dome D: Stir Rod Cap E: Stir Rod F: Non-stick popping surface G: Power Cord A B C D E G F H: Handles I: Feet H I CUSTOMER BEFORE FIRST SERVICE USE: 1. Unpack your popper and make sure all parts are in good condition and ready to use. Next, wash the popper dome and butter bin cover in mild, warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. 2. Unscrew the stir rod cap and remove the stir rod. Wipe the stir rod and non-stick popping surface with mild, warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Reassemble the stir rod and secure with stir rod cap. 3. Be sure to select a flat level surface to place your popper and make sure the cord is routed away from the popper s heating surfaces. Your popper is ready to go.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS REMEMBER: ALWAYS load your popper with oil and corn BEFORE plugging into outlet. Your machine will begin stirring as soon as it is plugged in. BE SURE that the butter bin cap is REMOVED when popping begins. This allows steam to escape and ensures light and fluffy popcorn. REPLACE CAP BEFORE UPENDING. To use your popper: 1. Remove butter bin cap if it is on. Place the recommended amounts of oil and kernels into your popper, distributing evenly over the non-stick surface. 2. Next, attach the power cord into the receptacle on the base of your popper, then plug the popper into a properly grounded outlet. 3. Attach the dome to the popper base by fitting the dome handles into the handles of the base. 4. To melt butter onto your popcorn, distribute evenly sliced cold butter pats over the butter bin so that it will drip through the holes as your popper pops. Warmer, or room temperature butter can be added after the popping begins. This will keep butter from burning on hot popper surface. Note: If you are not using butter on your popcorn you must still remove the butter bin cap before popping! 5. Attach the power cord into the receptacle on the base of your popper, then plug the popper into a properly grounded 120V outlet on a level surface. Your popper will begin stirring as soon as you plug it in. NOTE: DO NOT SHAKE OR MOVE POPPER WHILE IN USE! 6. Once popping is done, unplug from outlet and remove cord from base (See #1 in illustration below). CAUTION! POPPER WILL BE HOT! USE HOTPADS! 7. Replace butter bin cover securely (#2) before using the popper dome as a serving bowl! Once cover is in place, be sure that the dome handles are still aligned properly into the popper base handles. Grasp firmly (See #3 in illustration below) and invert AWAY from your body. When the popper is upended and resting on the butter bin cover, lift off the popper base (#4). CAUTION! Escaping steam and residual oils can drip and cause burns. 8. Salt and/or season as desired and serve (#5).

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO CLEAN & MAINTAIN YOUR POP FRENZY POPPER IMPORTANT! NO PARTS OF YOUR POPPER ARE DISHWASHER SAFE! DO NOT USE ABRASIVES OF ANY KIND ON ANY PART OF YOUR POPPER! ABRASIVE CLEANERS OR CLEANING TOOLS CAN DAMAGE NON-STICK SURFACES AND PLASTIC PARTS. ALWAYS ALLOW POPPER AND ALL PARTS TO COOL DOWN PRIOR TO CLEANING. We recommend cleaning your popper after each use. How to clean your popper: 1. Wash popper dome and butter bin cover in warm water with a mild detergent and a soft cloth. Dry thoroughly. 2. Wipe base and non-stick surfaces with a soft cloth wetted with warm water and a mild detergent. Then rinse with a soft cloth and warm water and dry thoroughly. DO NOT IMMERSE POPPER BASE! Note: After prolonged use it is normal to notice a color change in the non-stick surface of your popper. This can be removed with common household vinegar or lemon juice applied with a cloth. Wipe clean and allow to dry thoroughly. 3. Unscrew the stir rod cap and remove the stir rod. Wash in warm water with a mild detergent and a soft cloth. Dry thoroughly. Replace the stir rod onto the central turning mechanism by fitting the rod s middle notch into the groove on the mechanism. When reinstalled properly, the stir rod will lay flat and balanced and will not touch the non-stick surface. Replace stir rod cap. RECOMMENDED OIL AND POPCORN KERNEL AMOUNTS DO NOT EXCEED 1 CUP OF UNPOPPED KERNELS PER BATCH! Your popper has a maximum capacity of 6 quarts...using more than 1 cup of kernels could result in burning corn! Higher quality corn may require less oil and kernels. 1/3 Cup Popcorn Kernels + 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil = 2 Quarts Popcorn 2/3 Cup Popcorn Kernels + 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil = 4 Quarts Popcorn 1 Cup Popcorn Kernels + 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil = 6 Quarts Popcorn Do not use anything other than vegetable oil, such as butter, butter substitutes, etc., as these can burn!
