We have carefully engineered yur Bttled Water Dispenser t give yu years f service and truble free peratin. IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS Never turn the dispenser upside dwn r tilt mre than 5 degrees. If unit has been resting n its side fr an extended perid f time, place the water dispenser in the upright psitin fr apprximately hurs befre turning it n. D nt switch n the ht water until water runs ut frm the red tap Fr use with -5 liter water bttles and mst water ltratin systems, (nt included). Never use this dispenser with water that is unsafe t drink r is frm an unknwn surce. Never use any ther liquid in the dispenser ther than knwn and micrbilgically safe bttled water. Never allw children t dispense ht water withut prper and direct supervisin. This water dispenser is equipped with a grunded pwer crd plug fr yur safety. It must be plugged int a grunded utlet. D nt use an extensin crd with yur water dispenser. Keep yur water dispenser in a dry place away frm direct sunlight. Never put anything ammable clse t the dispenser. Leave a minimum f (5 cm) space arund the back and sides f the dispenser fr prper ventilatin. Always install yur water dispenser n a level r. Wait fr three minutes befre restarting machine after shutting dwn. Always unplug the water dispenser befre servicing r cleaning. Regular cleaning f yur water dispenser is required fr yur warranty. Please fllw cleanin g instructins utlined in this manual and clean the dispenser every mnths. T avid water ver w when cleaning yur dispenser, always remve the bttle supprt funnel befre puring water cleaning slutin int the reservir. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Initial Prduct Cleaning Prcedure As with mst new appliances, it is recmmended t clean the reservir prir t rst time use.. Make sure the unit is unplugged and pwer switch is turned ff.. Remve the bttle supprt funnel, saturate a clean clth with water dispenser cleaner r vinegar and wipe the inside f the reservir. 3. Pur water dispenser cleaner r a mixture f.3 gal / L f vinegar with.3 gal / L f ht water int the reservir and wait minutes. IMPORTANT: T avid water ver w while cleaning the dispenser, always remve the bttle supprt funnel befre puring water r cleaning slutin int the reservir.. Press all dispensing buttns until water n lnger cmes ut.. Drain the reservirs frm the drain valve n the back f the unit. (in ht & cld unit nly) 3. Rinse again with clean water.. Place bttle supprt funnel back n tp f dispenser. INSTALLING THE WATER BOTTLE IMPORTANT: Always wash yur hands rst! Clean the tp (neck) f the bttle with a clean clth and d nt tuch the part f the unit that the water tuches. Make sure the unit is unplugged and pwer switch is in the OFF psitin. The water bttle can be purchased frm yur lcal retailer.. Remve the prtective cap frm the end f the water bttle unless the bttle has a puncturable cap r sticker... Lift and turn the bttle upside dwn, placing it securely n the bttle supprt funnel 3. Press and hld all dispenser buttns until water ws frm the dispenser. Drain abut.3 gal / L f water befre initial use. This des nt need t be repeated with replacement bttles.. Plug in the water dispenser. 5. Set the pwer switch at the rear f the dispenser t the ON psitin 6. Ready-t-dispense indicatr lights will cme n when water reaches ptimum temperatures and is ready fr use. 3

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE Like mst appliances, yur new water dispenser requires peridic maintenance t perate ef ciently. Yur water dispenser must be cleaned every mnths. Please nte that as per yur warranty, rutine maintenance f the dispenser is required. Failure t maintain the water dispenser will vid yur warranty. CLEANING YOUR WATER DISPENSER IMPORTANT: Make sure yu turn the pwer switch t the OFF psitin and unplug the dispenser befre perfrming any f the fllwing cleaning prcedures. CLEANING THE OUTSIDE OF THE WATER DISPENSER The utside f the dispenser can be wiped clean with water dispenser cleaning slutin r a mild sap and water. Never use harsh chemicals r abrasive cleaners. Rinse thrughly with clean water and then dry surfaces. CLEANING THE DRIP TRAY T remve, take the grill ff the tray and rmly lift the tray up, disldging it frm the guides. Drain and clean. The drip tray shuld be emptied and cleaned regularly t remve sptting and any mineral depsits. Clean with water dispenser cleaning slutin r a mild sap and water. Fr tugh depsits, add vinegar and let it sak until the depsits cme lse. Then wash, rinse and dry thrughly. T replace, put the grill back n the tray and slide the tray nt the guides. CLEANING THE CONDENSER Vacuum r sweep away the dust frm the cndenser cils at the back f the dispenser. Fr best results, yu can purchase a brush designed speci cally fr this purpse frm yur lcal appliance stre. This will imprve cling and ef ciency. DRAINING THE RESERVOIRS Drain the reservirs befre and after cleaning, when ging n lng vacatins r if nt using the dispenser fr lng perids f time. Drain valve IMPORTANT! Turn pwer switch t the OFF psitin and unplug the dispenser befre perfrming this prcedure. Dispense ht water until temperature drps t a safe level t avidthe risk f scalding.. Remve the water bttle.. Press all dispensing buttns until water n lnger cmes ut. 3. Place a bucket beneath the drain utlet n the back f the dispenser.. Remve the cap and plug frm the drain valve (in ht & cld mdel nly) and let the water w int the bucket. Replace the cap and plug. A screwdriver r cin can be used t help lsen the drain cap. Cllect the water in a cntainer, nt the drip tray. 5. Replace the water bttle. TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS Prblem Water dispenser r dispensing tap is leaking Water is nt ht r cld enugh Pssible Cause Small pin hle r crack in the bttle, (cmmn with recycled water bttles). Drain cap and silicne seal are nt secure. Water was pured directly int bttle supprt funnel and ver wed. All the water in the tank has been used. The unit is unplugged. Suggested Slutin Cnduct water bttle leak test as utlined in manual. Ensure seal is secure in drain plug and tighten drain cap. Drain by pressing dispenser buttns. Replace with full bttle and wait 3 minutes fr the water t heat r cl. Plug it int the utlet. ATTENTION: D nt return this prduct t the stre. A: If yu are experiencing a leak with yur water dispenser please d the fllwing t see if the water bttle r the dispenser is leaking.. Unplug the unit, turn ff pwer switch and remve the bttle.. Remve the bttle supprt funnel and check the water level inside the reservir it shuld be at rughly three-quarters full. Water level shuld be apprximately 3/ BELOW VENT TUBE. 3. Let water sit fr hurs. If the dispenser des nt leak, it is the bttle that is leaking due t a small crack r pinhle and it needs t be replaced. If the dispenser is leaking, please cntact authrised service centre. A.: Water dispensers feature a puncturing tube as part f the bttle supprt funnel, prviding added cnvenience fr water bttle installatin. Depending n the water bttle supplier, a small pening may r may nt be present in the bttle cap fr this speci c purpse. If the puncturing tab is nt present, the entire bttle cap must then be remved t eliminate pssible damage t the puncturing tube.
