As a formal recognition of our commitment to design, performance, reliability and customer service, American Sanders officially relaunched the American Sanders Pride Program in October of 2015. 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee If an American Sander does not perform to our customer s satisfaction due to a defect in workmanship or parts, the customer can return the tool to their original place of purchase for the company to review. If we cannot correct the tool to our customer s satisfaction we will replace it. New Product Registration System Warranty registration is something that most customers never think twice about. Training Program Sand & Finish Classes American Sanders offers one, two and three-day Sand & Finish classes across North America. Attendees of the Sand & Finish class are eligible to receive continuing education credits from the NWFA. Training Program Includes: Sand and Finish techniques for a variety of jobsite conditions, from new installations to tough restoration projects. Advanced sanding techniques, including how to remove aluminum oxide coatings. Set up and operation of drum, belt, rotary, and orbital sanders. Set up and operation of edgers. Application techniques for water based finishes. Select classes also offer NWFA Intermediate Sand & Finish Certification. The American Sanders Training Program is led by Daniel Boone. A second-generation wood floor contractor, Daniel has over 45 years of experience in the wood floor industry, working first for his father and then establishing his own business in 1982. As the former Technical Director at the National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA), Daniel created a national curriculum for the wood flooring education program, and he has trained over 10,000 students around the world. 4
